Responsible for development and investment activities. Jordan has experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, development, construction and financing. Jordan has a multi disciplinary background in real estate having worked within The Feldman Companies in finance, acquisitions, development and construction on multiple projects totaling over $100MM in value. Jordan regularly communicates with architects, engineers, attorneys, municipal officials and investors.
Responsible for acquisition activities, Justin has a background in commercial real estate, working in the area of brokerage with a focus in leasing. Prior to The Feldman Companies, Justin was a Leasing Associate for Terranova, a preeminent South Florida high street and suburban retail owner-operator. Justin was responsible for the sourcing, qualifying, negotiating and ultimate creation of $9.8M worth of base rent revenue in the span of an 18-month period.
Responsible for all acquisition activities, including the sourcing, negotiation, and market due diligence. Prior to The Feldman Companies, Matt served as a broker at Eastern Union where he was responsible for originating, underwriting, and servicing mid to large-sized loans for all real estate asset classes. Matt was involved in the syndication process, negotiating financing for complex, multi-state, and multi-site portfolios, and in helping jump-start deal flow.
Helps oversee the construction process of all projects and developments, he conducts in depth onsite visits and ensure project timelines are met. He regularly communicates and negotiates with contractors, architects, and engineers. Prior to The Feldman Companies Matt worked as a Project Manager for Rubicon General Contractors and was involved in the construction process from the beginning stages to being finished and receiving the CO.
Attorney Mitchell Feldman, has more than 25 years of successful experience representing real estate and corporate matters.
Mr. Feldman currently serves as a Managing Partner to multiple real estate ventures having completed over 1.5 million square feet of self-storage development.
With a multi-discipline background in real estate and corporate law, valuation, title, foreclosure and finance, Mr. Feldman is uniquely positioned to deftly handle sophisticated real estate investment transactions.
Prior, Mr. Feldman served as Director of Aztec Group Inc., a full-service real estate investment banking firm, in which he specialized in facilitating the acquisitions, disposition, financing and capital needs of real estate projects.
Mr. Feldman began his career in the legal field, practicing real estate, property taxation and general corporate law. During this time, Mr. Feldman also founded Florida Title Escrow & Abstract, Inc. providing title insurance for residential and commercial transactions in Florida, and Tri County Realty, inc., a real estate brokerage and professional tax adjustment company. In 2009, Feldman founded FBS Property Tax Abatement, LLC. as a subsidiary of the law firm Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price and Axelrod, LLP where he represented over $10 billion of property and saved his clients over $15 million in property taxes.
Responsible for all finance activities, including managing investments, developing budgets, and creating financial models. Directly involved in over $3B of transactions, Ryan has extensive experience originating, underwriting, and structuring complex real estate deals across every major asset class. Prior to The Feldman Companies, Ryan was the CFO for Chetek Capital, a Miami-based private equity real estate investment firm focused on industrial and multifamily assets.

Responsible for the development and construction process of all projects. Santiago is involved in all aspects of a development's life cycle, from contract due diligence and initial design through certificate of occupancy at the end of construction. He manages an extensive team of architects, engineers, attorneys, consultants, and contractors for each project. Prior to joining The Feldman Companies, Santiago served as the Director of Development at Afin Developer Group, a Miami-based development firm focused on commercial and residential projects in South Florida.
