TEAM IOWA - Key Persons
Brenda is truly a master of many task. Started with Team Iowa as a part time office manager. The word "part time" was tossed out the window after the first year. She has literally touched every part of Team Iowa from dealing with clients on the phone, to handling them as they walk through the door, she has managed countless orders from start to completion and coordinates shipping & receiving of our fulfilment programs. Brenda currently is the Chief Decorator where she handles all of the in house decorating on apparel. When Brenda is not at Team Iowa she loves following her grandkids through all of their many sports and activities.

Catherine is our Global Sourcing Solutions expert, with 25 years of import and product development experience in the promotional products industry. She provides support with creative ideation, while pursuing the best price and product quality from reputable vendors overseas. Additionally, she works with factories to manage all facets of the order process through to delivery, while ensuring social and safety compliance standards are met.
Darrell is the engine that makes the sales process work. He started in the promotional products and apparel industry in 1995 thinking it would be a transitional job until he found something else. All these years later either he has fallen in love with this crazy industry or given up trying to find another job. Darrell is passionate about building long lasting relationships with his clients. He is a champion at helping clients to build their brand and achieving an acceptable ROI through creative marketing campaigns. When not thinking of the next client project that needs to be completed, Darrell loves going to professional baseball games, 70's & 80's rock concerts, cooking and traveling.
Gary joined Team Iowa in July 2021. His tenure in the industry spans over 15+ years, working on both the supplier and distributor sides of the promotional product and marketing industry. Gary assists in developing a business model that will further strengthen our Vertical Markets, our presence in the industry, and achieve our goals. His knowledge of the innerworkings of suppliers is an asset to Team Iowa, getting the most out of suppliers and therefore benefiting our clients. Gary graduated from Roger Williams University with a dual bachelor's degree in Business Management and Marketing.
Greta is our President and the person who leads Team Iowa. She started in the promotional products and apparel industry over 25 years ago working in her families business. Thousands of successful promotions & projects later she continues to be passionate about helping clients communicate effectively in their marketplace, while successfully building their brands. Greta is a problem solver and task master! She solves business problems in practical ways, never a day goes by that she doesn't have more on her plate than there are hours in the day to do everything. Her expertise in apparel, graphic design, online stores beautifully curated custom packaging shows up every day in the marketing campaigns and presentations that she develops. When not thinking about apparel and promotional items, Greta loves to travel, work in her yard, go to major league baseball games and 70's & 80's rock concerts and follow her kids through all of their adventures.
Mika is the newest member of Team Iowa. She attended University of Northern Iowa and just moved back to Iowa from San Diego, CA where her husband was stationed at Camp Pendleton. Mika takes care of all on line orders from start to completion and coordinates shipping & receiving of our fulfilment programs. When Mika isn't at work you might find her at the gym or spending time with her husband Matt and their fur baby Tito. Mika is also a great cook!
