Katherine Schneider has been a legal assistant for more than 15 years with a background in Family Law, Criminal Law, and Bankruptcy Law. She has experience working with the Courts in Johnson County, Douglas County, Wyandotte County, Miami County, Franklin County, and Leavenworth County in Kansas and Jackson County in Missouri. She graduated from Washburn University in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and also has an Associates Degree from Johnson County Community College in Administration of Justice. She has lived in the Johnson County area most of her life and lives in Overland Park with her husband and their son.

Melissa Kelly Schroeder

Attorney Melissa Kelly Schroeder has been practicing law since 1995 and founded The Kelly Law Firm, L.L.C. on the belief that every client is entitled to personalized attention. For the duration of her career, Ms. Schroeder has proudly represented clients in a variety of family law matters. These include matters related to children such as addressing custody and support. She is also a skilled family law litigator who can confidently handle contempt proceedings, post-judgment modification hearings and even criminal defense matters. Ms. Schroeder is a member of the State Bars of Kansas and Missouri as well as the Johnson County Bar Association. Ms. Schroeder attended the highly acclaimed Washburn University School of Law and Kansas State University where she received degrees in Political Science and Sociology. She is the mother of three beautiful children and has always said, the day she became a mother is a day she became a much better lawyer. Yvette Koehler

With more than two decades of legal and business experience, Yvette Koehler, is passionate about dedicating her career to helping clients deal with their legal situations. She assists attorneys in a variety of areas and works directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts and various district and municipal courts in the Kansas City Metropolitan area including the States of Kansas and Missouri. Her years of experience include skills in the areas of Family Law, Criminal Law and Tax Law. In addition to her experience in these areas, Yvette also assists The Kelly Law Firm, in the day to day business and general office matters. Yvette attended Kansas City Kansas Community College for business and has lived in the Johnson County area for over two decades after traveling the country with her husband advancing his career. Yvette and her husband, Greg have two children.
