The ALS Group founder, Albert Sica, leads the Firm's efforts to provide C-level leaders with the desperately-needed and unbiased third-party expertise they require to bring their most urgent risk-management and insurance issues under control. Al brings more than 30 years of experience to his role, combining the strategic vision of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) with decades of hands-on experience implementing strategies at the tactical level, working with executive leaders and front-line operational managers alike, bringing needed change management to risk-exposed organizations trapped in old-game paradigms.

Irina brings more than 30 years of management and administrative experience to her role as the head of strategic planning and administration at The ALS Group, where she has worked since 2010. Irina has been instrumental in the firm's growth and provides critical input in all aspects of client engagement and firm strategy.

Jessica's extensive management experience comes from her 10 year tenure in the Retail sector where, she has helped, both, large and small teams achieve their best performance potential.

An IT and cyber-risk specialist, Jonathan Edwards spearheads The ALS Group's efforts to help its clients manage and mitigate the diversity of technology-based risks which are proliferating across the business landscape.

Maria Randazzo joined the ALS as an Assistant Vice President of Administration in December 2022 and was promoted to the Vice President of Administration in January of 2024. Maria is responsible for the support staff, training and management of the Firm's Best Practices. She has an extensive background in the Legal and Telecommunication fields which has helped her manage, organize, and complete multiple projects within set time frames. Maria has been mentoring her team members to better deliver well thought out analysis and solutions to problems. She has made a significant contribution to our client service team's ability to provide effective risk management advice to our clients by supporting the team with comprehensive administrative support. Maria resides in Gladstone, NJ with her husband and daughter.

Nick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and a Construction Risk Insurance Specialist designation and currently resides in Atlanta, GA where he enjoys playing Golf every chance he can get. Since joining the Firm in 2009, Nick has been providing risk management advice to the Firm's largest real estate and construction clients.
