Alessandro has extensive knowledge in AISC, CISC and AWS standards. Alessandro has over 20 years of experience in the steel industry, and over 12 years mastering Tekla. Alessandro has an extensive background in computing and IT management as well as experience with Tekla setup, updates, and personalization of graphic and report templates. He has managed projects in various environments, spanning from commercial to industrial to residential and government. Alessandro received a Certificate in Project Management in 2019. Alessandro has been with TGC since 2020

Helmut is an estimator and a drafting technician, who graduated from Red River College, Winnipeg, Manitoba in 2018. Civil Engineering Technology. Helmut works with all aspects of estimating in Bluebeam, labor and material estimates. He is responsible for project management setup. Helmut also does Tekla 3D modeling and software detailing. Helmut has been with TGC since 2019.

James is an Engineering Technologist and graduated from Stow College, Glasgow, Scotland, in 2003. He is experienced in concrete & structural steel detailing using AutoCAD & Tekla Software. James has been using Tekla since 2003 and with TGC Consulting since 2008.
Lynida is experienced in sales, customer service, reception, and computer applications. She is responsible for office administrative requirements, including invoicing and drawing control. She has been with TGC since 2007

Raija is a drafting Technician with a diploma in Structural & Mechanical Drafting from Vancouver City College, as well as numerous technical courses at BCIT, Burnaby, BC. Raija has had experience in various technical and computerized environments including inventory and manufacturing systems. Raija is trained in Tekla drawing preparations starting in 2009 and has been with TGC Consulting since April 2000.

Steve is a Civil Engineering Technologist, fluent with CAD and TEKLA. Graduating with honors diploma from Red River College in Winnipeg, Manitoba in April 1996, Steve provided plans for the Manitoba Government Services for the Space Inventory Department and Assiniboine Community College. Steve has 15 years of Tekla experience. He has 26 years' experience as a structural steel detailer/modeler, scrubber & checker. Steve has over 8 years of project management/coordination of steel detailing projects. He also has 6 years of experience estimating and preparing foundation plans for pre-engineered building systems, along with building code & permit applications. Steve has been with TGC Consulting since 1997
Steven has 35 years Steel fabricator, ornamental, shipyard and structural steel, working at companies, Canron, Marsh steel, AI industries, Pacific coast steel detailing, joining TGC in 2021. Started working with Tekla since 2007, modelling and detailing.

Tom is experienced in project management, estimating, drafting and project coordination of custom manufactured mechanical and structural steel projects. Trained with Dominion Bridge for 5 years in steel fabrication, drafting, and design. He was Contract Manager / Chief Draftsman / Estimating / Engineering Manager for Steel Fabricators. Experienced with technical and fabrication requirements for a diverse range of products and projects, including hydroelectric, truck components, military, refuse disposal, structural steel, misc. metals, mechanical and high-volume manufacturing. Tom started TGC Consulting in 1993.
