A native Philadelphian, Licia grew up in Wyndmoor. She graduated from the College of William and Mary and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Licia lived and worked in the Washington, D.C. area for two years. She returned to Philadelphia after law school for a two-year clerkship with a Common Pleas Court judge and obtained her LL.M. in Taxation at Villanova University School of Law.
After five years in the Estates group of Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young in Philadelphia, Licia became a trust officer and charitable planning specialist within the Wealth Management Division of Wachovia Bank, N.A. She spent six years with Wachovia/Wells Fargo, becoming a senior vice president and the chief fiduciary officer for the national family office practice, Calibre, now known as Abbot Downing.
Licia joined the firm in the Fall of 2009. She has chaired the Diversity Committee and served as a member of the Executive and Education Committees of the Probate and Trust Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association.

Megan grew up in Brielle, New Jersey and graduated from Manasquan High School in 2005. She then attended Douglass College at Rutgers University where she received a B.A. summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, in English and Political Science in 2009. After a stint as a substitute teacher in primary, elementary, and middle schools, Megan went on to receive a J.D., cum laude, in 2013 from Villanova University School of Law, where she was Production Editor of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal.
Megan remained in Philadelphia after law school for a clerkship with Administrative Judge Joseph D. O'Keefe in the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. Megan joined the firm in January 2015. She is a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association in the Probate and Trust Law Section.

Ralph grew up in Melrose Park, Pennsylvania, and, after attending Oak Lane Country Day School, graduated from Cheltenham High School in 1963. From there, he received an A.B. degree from Cornell University in 1967 and a J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1970. Ralph was Chair of the Probate and Trust Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association in 1996 and served thereafter on its Executive Committee and as a member of the Bar Association Board of Governors. He has been a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel since 1992. Ralph has also been listed in consecutive editions since 1997 in The Best Lawyers in America, Trusts and Estates, for Philadelphia, and for all years from inception in 2004, as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for Estate Planning & Probate.
