Brad Sklencar is a Member in the firm's San Antonio office. Mr. Sklencar has a broad-based civil litigation practice prosecuting and defending all types of commercial contract, transaction, and insurance defense disputes involving banking law, real property law, business torts, construction, consumer litigation, employment matters, professional negligence, attorney discipline and malpractice defense, insurance defense, personal injury, product liability, premises liability, environmental issues, international law and parties, and intellectual property. Mr. Sklencar has extensive experience in high profile complex case litigation matters involving international parties, property, and conflicts of laws. Mr. Sklencar has many years of experience in professional liability litigation for attorneys, architects, and engineers, and other licensed professionals and defending them before licensing boards and agencies. Dana M. Gannon is a Member in the Houston office. Ms. Gannon specializes in workers' compensation law. Mary Strauss is a Member in the firm's San Antonio office. Richard Reynolds is a Member and Director in the San Antonio office. He serves as the firm's managing member. Scott F. Cline is a Member and Director in the San Antonio office.
