Alex Flores

Alex Flores joined TIG Real Estate Services as Senior Associate in 2015. He has several years of specialized experience in retail leasing, tenant representation and investment sales in Texas. As an experienced broker representing landlords, tenants and investment property buyers, Alex is skilled in facilitating complicated lease agreements and sales transactions. Through this experience, he has established long-standing relationships with countless national and regional owners, tenants and real estate professionals. Alex earned his Bachelor of Arts in communications from Southern Methodist University.

Alex Lucero

Alex joined TIG in 2020 and is the maintenance engineer over a portfolio of offices and industrial buildings in Dallas-Fort Worth. Alex's background in the HVAC industry allows him to support the maintenance and operations of buildings across Texas. Alex has been in the real estate industry for over five years and has experience working for HVAC and roofing vendors to building automation systems. He helps facilitate excellent tenant and owner relations. Prior to joining TIG, Alex worked as an HVAC technician for a large MEP vendor in the DFW area. Alex is a member of the Dallas Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and attends the monthly BOMA engineer training annual BOMA Trade Show. Alex is studying under the BOMA to achieve his Systems Maintenance Administrator certification). Alex volunteers with TIG community events with the Tarrant and Dallas Food Banks and Carter Blood Care.

Amber Brown

Amber joined TIG's property management team in 2014 as a Property Manager for a portfolio of office buildings and retail centers. She is responsible for managing over 400,000 square feet including overseeing operations, owner and tenant relations, communications, inspections, and contract negotiations. Prior to joining TIG, Amber spent several years managing 450,000 square feet of office and retail space for Cencor Realty Services. She began as an Administrative Assistant with Cencor, handling brokerage and property management tasks, and quickly moved into property management. Amber also spent five years in retail sales and management, developing strong customer service skills that are an asset to her property management roles. Amber is a licensed Texas real estate agent.

Ann D. Anderson - SVP

Ann D. Anderson joined TIG in 1994 as senior vice president of property management and founding shareholder. Ann interacts with clients, assists in property management and accounting services for managed properties across Texas. Prior to coming on board at TIG, Ann spent nine years with Trammell Crow Company in various property management roles, most notably as a senior property manager for the Dallas industrial division. Ann is licensed in Texas as a real estate salesman and is a member of the Greater Dallas Area Realtors Association and the Institute of Real Estate Management. Anderson earned the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM®) in 1992. Anderson earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Kansas.

Becky Wells

Becky Wells joined TIG in August of 2007 to manage office, industrial and retail product in Austin and San Antonio. Her responsibilities include employee recruitment, client relations, personnel management, training, property operations, compliance, and property management reporting. Prior to joining TIG, Becky spent four years at Kennedy Wilson as Human Resource Director and Property Manager. Previous experience includes four years of property management for Magnolia Retirement Services, a portfolio of assisted living facilities and seven years of operations/facilities management for Ranken, Inc., a Texas-based restaurant management company.

Brad Simpson

As Controller of TIG's Central Texas office, Brad is responsible for overseeing financial reporting and services for 35 commercial projects totaling over three million square feet. These duties include overseeing all accounting activity, reviewing monthly financial packages, and reviewing budgets, cash management and investor relations. He also designs and prepares financial services and monthly financial packages to fit each owner's needs. Brad joined TIG in 2005. Prior to joining TIG, Brad was responsible for the financial reporting of over 1.2 million square feet of commercial projects and 300 residential units at Kennedy Wilson. Prior to Kennedy Wilson he worked for Connaught, Inc., an Austin-based commercial management company with one-half million square feet of office space and 200 residential units. Brad earned a BBA in Accounting from Texas State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Brenda Kindt Joyner - COO

Brenda Kindt Joyner is principal and COO with direct responsibility for the leadership collateral responsibility for the delivery of business development, brokerage, accounting, engineering and management services. As a leader and officer in TIG, Brenda manages the DFW and Houston property management divisions. TIG has a current portfolio of over four million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties across Texas. Brenda is also responsible for client relations, personnel, best practices, training, property operations, compliance and property management reporting. Brenda is a 30-year veteran of Dallas/Fort Worth commercial real estate. Prior to joining TIG, Brenda worked for Bradford Management Company as vice president and Stream Realty Partners as general manager. Her responsibilities included business development in Tarrant and Dallas counties and overseeing a portfolio of over 10 million square feet of office, retail, industrial, medical and mixed-use facilities. Brenda's skills and expertise encompass all aspects of real estate from development, construction, leasing, management and operations. 
Brenda has extensive experience working with major institutional owners including Principal Financial Group, ING Realty, UBS Realty Advisors along with entrepreneurial owners including Bass Enterprises, E2M Partners and TLC Urban. She is also an active member in Dallas and Fort Worth BOMA, Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council, Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. and ULI. During her career, Brenda has served on the board of directors for Texas BOMA, Dallas BOMA and Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. Brenda is actively involved in supporting and participating in Tarrant Area Food Bank and North Texas Food Bank and Carter Blood Care. Ms. Kindt Joyner has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University and is a certified facility manager, certified manager of community associations, certified association management specialist, and holds a Texas real estate salesperson license.

Carissa Hale

Carissa Hale, CPM, has worked in commercial property management for 18+ years in the DFW area. She joined TIG in August of 2018 to manage office and industrial product. Her responsibilities include owner, tenant and vendor relations, financial reporting, building and tenant improvement construction, service contracts, inspections and managing the day-to-day operations of the properties. Prior to joining TIG, Carissa spent over two years at NAI Robert Lynn managing a portfolio consisting of office, retail and industrial buildings. Previous experience includes seven years at Sealy & Company managing industrial properties in Dallas, El Paso, Austin and Ohio, as well as three years at Cencor Realty and seven years at TY Commercial Group as Assistant Property Manager. Carissa has a Bachelor Science degree from Texas A&M University. She is working to obtain her Texas Real Estate License, secured her CPM designation in December 2018, and is a member of the Fort Worth IREM chapter. Her favorite activities include beginner sewing and woodworking, reading, online gaming and spending time with her fur-babies and husband.

Charles Haley

Charles Haley serves as a Senior Associate for TIG Real Estate Services, Inc. in the Dallas office. His primary responsibility is to grow the revenue of his clients through strategic partnerships and targeted sales in vertical-specific industries. Prior to joining, Charles worked as a Senior Associate at Mohr Partners as well as an assistant project manager intern for the Dallas Community College District, providing support on implementing sustainable strategies to re-purpose El Centro College's existing campuses and possibly relocating it to a new, more organic site, while preserving the downtown Historic District. He also previously served as a community engagement intern for Domain Companies, in New Orleans. He built inner community engagement through volunteer activism for residents of The Preserve, The Beacon, The Standard, Gold Seal, and The Meridian properties. He used social media platforms ranging from LinkedIn to Facebook to connect Domain to its residents and identified potential MyCommunity partners in both the New York and New Orleans markets. Dan Lewis

Dan Lewis joined TIG's Austin team in 2012 to focus primarily on office tenant representation, project leasing, acquisition/disposition services, and ongoing market research for clients. Since joining TIG, Dan has successfully completed over 130 transactions with a total transaction value in excess of $90 million. Prior to joining TIG, Dan was involved with the research and brokerage support division at Commercial Texas, based in Austin. Dan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Baylor University. He is a licensed Texas real estate salesperson and is an active member of the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA), Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) and the Downtown Austin Alliance (DAA).

Daniel Dotson

David Alsmeyer

With over 25 years experience in the Houston and Austin real estate markets, David joined TIG in July, 2005 as a principal in TIG's Central Texas office. Prior to joining TIG, David spent seven years with Kennedy-Wilson as the Regional Managing Director overseeing the marketing and leasing of Kennedy-Wilson's Texas and Oklahoma portfolios. Prior to Kennedy-Wilson, David was the Managing Director for the Houston regional office of Prentiss Properties, a national office and industrial REIT. Responsibilities included oversight of the management and leasing of an existing portfolio of assets as well as development and implementation of the company's third-party management and leasing programs. Previous experience includes five years at Rubloff, Inc. and CB Commercial (CBRE) as an investment sales broker. David began his career at The Horne Company in 1984 as a leasing agent. During his career, David has negotiated over 700 office and industrial leases representing five million square feet of space with a value of over $250 million. Sales highlights include 2.0 million square feet of office and industrial properties and 1,500 apartment units. David is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas and achieved the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations. David is actively involved in ULI, CLBA and the Downtown Austin Alliance. A native of Indianapolis, David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Indiana University.

Eddie Kindt

As controller, she managed the accounting and reporting functions for more than 15 different owners, which encompassed 30 million square feet of space and approximately 2,400 tenants. Pitts was born in Memphis, Tenn. She earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and an MBA in finance from the University of Mississippi.

Jamey Jenkins

Jennifer Gray

With over thirty-six (36) years of experience as a broker in commercial real estate in Dallas - Fort Worth, Jennifer focuses on all aspects of commercial realty including tenant/buyer and landlord/seller representation. Most recently, Jennifer operated independently under another commercial real estate firm. Looking to join a team with a strong commercial real estate platform, Jennifer spoke with several commercial real estate companies and set her sight on TIG Real Estate in Dallas. Mainly because of Partner and COO Brenda Kindt Joyner, Jennifer felt TIG could assist her existing clients while offering Jennifer support and an environment to guaranty success. Jennifer will share her time between the Dallas and Southlake offices of TIG. She brings her existing portfolio of project leasing and sales assignments while already securing her first TIG assignment, a pair of professional office buildings located at 1058 Texan Trail in Grapevine, TX. Jennifer has been responsible for the successful marketing, leasing and sales of many well-known projects as well as smaller office & retail projects in North Texas throughout her career in commercial real estate. Jereme Lewis

Jereme Lewis joined TIG's property management and building services team in 2008 to provide oversight of maintenance projects and construction and planning in coordination with the building managers. He trains the maintenance technician personnel and maintains operational budgets for the maintenance department. He focuses on cost reduction for building owners by completing projects in-house and reducing the number of outsourced maintenance projects and by implementing cost-saving upgrades to equipment. Prior to joining TIG, Jereme was a Lead/Building Engineer for two building management / engineering firms in which he oversaw building systems including fire suppression systems, energy management systems, access control systems, HVAC quipment, battery back-up systems, and generators. He was also a construction superintendent for a large, Austin-based construction firm and oversaw commercial remodeling projects, ensuring project completion on time and within budget.

Joe Aguirre

Joe Aguirre joined TIG in 2010, bringing 13 years of maintenance engineering experience including a strong working knowledge of commercial HVAC, building automation, security, plumbing and electrical systems. He is chiefly responsible for Lavaca Plaza, a 118,643-square-foot, Class A building, and assists with the engineering responsibilities of Barton Oaks Plaza I, IV and V. Prior to joining TIG, Joe spent eight years as Building Automation Engineer for Applied Materials through Linc Facility Services where he was responsible for system repairs, service requests and the preventative maintenance programs for seven on-site and seven off-site locations belonging to Applied Materials.

Joe Lucero

Joe joined TIG in 2018 and leads the engineers and maintenance technicians in Property Management overseeing the operations and maintenance for approximately 5 million square feet across Texas. As Senior Engineer, Joe is responsible for office, industrial and retail properties operational performance. Joe has been in commercial building maintenance for over 20 years, certified in HVAC and understand building systems. He works closely with the property managers in overseeing capital projects, and tenant improvements.

Johann Gerdts

In 2019, Johann joined the TIG brokerage team as an Associate in their Dallas headquarters office. He focuses on Office Landlord and Tenant Representation across the Dallas metroplex. Johann served six years in the United States Marine Corps as an Aviation Life Support Technician. Prior to joining TIG, Johann began his real estate career as an intern for CBRE where he gained extensive experience in retail tenant representation. As well, Johann went on to join Mohr Partners as a brokerage associate for a brief period of time. John Hollensworth

John Kimball

John Kimball joined TIG in 2006 with over 15 years of experience and highly developed skills in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. He maintains 556,000 square feet of industrial and retail product in San Antonio and Seguin. Prior to joining TIG, John worked as Maintenance Engineer for Kennedy Wilson and PM Realty. He has 15 years of service in the United States Navy and is now serving as First Class Petty Officer in the Navy Reserves.

John M. Walsh, III, is the CEO and a founder of TIG, a real-estate holding company established to advise, manage, operate, lease and develop real estate investments for institutions, individuals, corporations, and companies. Since founding TIG, the company has grown the managed portfolio and/or leased portfolio from 1.8M square feet to 14.1M square feet in Dallas, San Antonio, Austin and Memphis, TN. In that time, TIG has developed over 2,000,000 square feet and has been instrumental in the acquisition of over 10,000,000 square feet on behalf of its clients. Prior to starting TIG, John spent 17 years with Trammell Crow Company in various leasing, development and senior management roles. During his tenure as development partner for the northwest Dallas area market at Trammell Crow, John developed almost 5 million square feet of industrial, office and service center space. A Dallas native, John has served as Chairman, Director and Trustee of various business, civic and charitable organizations including: Trammell Crow Employees Profit Sharing Trust, Valwood Improvement Authority, Carrollton Zoning Ordinance Board, Texas Commerce Bank, Farmers Branch Business Chamber of Commerce, Valwood Park Federal Credit Union, the North Texas District Council of ULI and Sky Ranch Youth Camp. Prior to joining TIG, Julio worked for four years in a TIG-managed office building for a large service-provider, supporting the maintenance team and janitorial services.

Julissa (Julz) Burgess

Julissa Burgess joined TIG in 2019 as an Associate in the Victoria Texas TIG office. Julissa heads up project leasing for an approximately 72,000 square foot office building in Victoria. Along, with Victoria Texas Julissa manages and leases two industrial parks in Houston approximately 117,000 square feet. Julissa works closely with the TIG corporate office business development team on creating new business in south Texas. Julissa is a member of the Victoria Chamber of Commerce and serves on the TIG Culture Committee. Julissa graduated from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi and is active in her alumni association and holds a Texas Real Estate license.

Ken Joyner

Ken received his Texas Real Estate license in 2022 and after interviewing with several firms selected TIG to join as Associate in the brokerage division. Ken will be working closely and supporting the Senior Vice President in brokerage on investment sales, project leasing and tenant representation, focused primarily in Tarrant County on flex and mid-size industrial. Prior to joining TIG, Ken worked for General Motors Assembly Plant as Production Supervisor. Direct supervision over two teams of 25 employees leading, problem solving, quality control to meet production goals, targets and schedules. Ken was at Nokia for 16 years as Senior Base Station Specialist directing and supervising technical teams for Nokia Siemens BTS products. Ken served in the air force overseas and graduated from ITT Technical Institute with a degree in Electronic Engineering

Kyle Klemme

Lacey Phillips

Linda Larabee

Linda joined TIG Real Estate Services in 2023 and has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience. Her depth and knowledge of institutional assets spans over industrial, office, medical office, commercial association management, and retail property types. As Vice President of Property Management, Linda's focus is on the Houston/South Texas growth and expansion of third-party management and leasing, along with the property management of an excess of 1.0 million square feet in Houston. Prior to joining TIG, Linda was with ICO Commercial as Vice President of Property Management and Principle Equity Properties / TriStone Realty Management. In her career, Linda has managed over 5.0 million square feet consisting of 22 assets with 68 direct reports in over 14 states for 550 investors. Her portfolio asset experience includes: medical office, mid-rise, and high-rise office buildings; neighborhood and power retail centers; as well as industrial, flex, office/warehouse, commercial associations, and bulk distribution properties. Linda brings a well-rounded career of experience and excellence in asset and portfolio management, project management, commercial development, leasing, and account management to TIG. Her top priorities are client service and portfolio goals being met or exceeded. Linda's strengths include building operations, financial review, administration, lease negotiations, working with lenders and special servicers, as well as creating successful operations and establishing tight control cost systems. Linda is active in CCIM and Commercial Real Estate Women ("CREW"), and volunteers for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and for the Houston Sports Authority.

Lorie Rich

Lorie Rich has worked in commercial property management for 25+ years in the DFW Area. She is currently responsible for the management of three office buildings, a large retail development and an industrial center. Ms. Rich has an extensive background in construction management and worked closely with a local developer/owner to construct three Class A office buildings during her tenure at TIG. She also has extensive experience in refurbishing depressed properties for sale. Her accomplishments include the renovation of Woodcreek Tower, a 13-story office building in the Stemmons Corridor of Dallas. The renovation work Ms. Rich completed resulted in a profit to the owners of almost double their purchase price upon selling the building a year later. Prior to joining TIG, Ms. Rich managed over 6 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use product for Stream Realty Partners and RREEF. Ms. Rich has worked closely with such major financial institutions as Deutsche Bank, Bank of America, Compass Bank, Wells Fargo, various REITS and pension funds, and international property ownership groups, ORIX Corporation and Textron. Lorie graduated from Baylor University with a double major in Journalism and Marketing-Management, is a Certified Property Manager, and holds her Texas Real Estate Salesperson license.

Mark Livingston

Mark Livingston joined TIG in 2020 as Vice President of Business Development for TIG across Texas. A seasoned executive with a track record of seizing opportunities in commercial real estate, Mark focuses on improving revenue and profit while generating growth through new client acquisition. Mark works closely with the COO to establish and maintain client relationships, with a focus on strategic planning to produce meaningful and measurable growth for everyone involved. With a "big picture" mindset, Mark uses his experience and expertise to plan ahead for various market challenges. Mark also mentors and works closely with the brokerage department at TIG to source product across Texas for clients, develop new relationships and procuring investment sales. Mark earned a Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in politics & literature from the University of Dallas. He is conversant in Russian, French and Italian. Mark also holds a Texas Real Estate salesman license.

Matt Spellman

Matt Spellman joined TIG's Brokerage Department in April, 2016. His focus is on leasing and sales of industrial properties located in Garland and Northeast Dallas. Prior to joining TIG, Matt was with Mercer Company where he served as an associate broker for the last 5 years. Prior to entering commercial real estate his professional career was in the transportation logistics field. He excelled in Trans-Pacific supply chain logistics. By studying and focusing on every detail from his client's sourcing to final destination of their product, Matt was able to find the optimal rate and transportation avenue to fit his client's needs. His desire to find his clients the best possible solution for their needs will translate into maximum savings in the industrial real estate market. Matt graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.A. in Communications / Sociology. He is a Member of the NTCAR Young Professionals Forum.

Matthew A. Hickey

Matthew A. Hickey joined TIG Real Estate Services in 2012 as senior vice president. Mr. Hickey's focus is on industrial, brokerage, leasing, sales and business cultivation. Mr. Hickey has more than 25 years experience in commercial real estate related to project leasing, industrial sales, brokerage and asset management. Mr. Hickey has consistently been one of the top producers for the DFW TIG office since joining the firm. He and his team were involved in more than $20 million in sales and leases in 2019 and recently sold a 48 acre parcel with 600,000 SF of industrial buildings in Garland, TX. Prior to joining TIG he was vice president, commercial broker and asset manager for Temple-Inland, a fortune 400 company. He oversaw the sale and leasing for more than 14 million SF of industrial space and 2 million of office space throughout the central U.S. Earlier in his career, he held key positions with Cawley International and Catellus Management and Development. Mr. Hickey has successfully competed all CCIM courses. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.

Since joining TIG in September 2005 as a Principal, Stan has overseen the property management operations of approximately eight million square feet in Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Nashville and Atlanta. In addition to his daily management responsibilities Stan has played an active role in business development growing TIG's portfolio with both institutional and entrepreneurial owners. Prior to joining TIG, Stan spent seven years with Kennedy Wilson as the Regional Managing Director overseeing the property management for commercial, office, retail, residential and industrial real estate in Atlanta, Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and Tulsa. Prior to Kennedy Wilson, Stan was a Property Director for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company where he facilitated the overseeing, developing and motivating of third-party property management companies for the management of over 10 million square feet in Austin, Houston, and New Orleans. Previous experience includes five years at PM Realty Group as a Senior Property Manager of suburban Class "A" multi-use retail and office facilities. Stan is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and is a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). A native of Houston, Stan earned a BBA from Mississippi State University and a MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
