On May 18, 2020, virtual fitness studio TBT87 launched to keep our fitness family motivated and safe during this time of social distancing. The name TBT87 honors our first location at 87 Church Street, Saratoga Springs. We offer a 10 class card for $45. No expiration date. Only class card members receive Zoom invitations. Payment options include checks payable to Total Body Trifecta, 15 Red Coach Trail, Ballston Spa, NY 12020 or PayPal (totbtri@aol.com)... We recognize that fitness is an ongoing commitment. Our knowledgeable staff, with its friendly and supportive attitude, is dedicated to fostering the desire within all our clients to begin this lifetime process and to aid them as they continue in this endeavor.
