Ava's organizational prowess manifested early in life, when she came home from trick-or-treating and promptly made a spreadsheet of her spoils, categorized by type of candy, size and (most importantly) taste. She's been a List Master ever since. With an outgoing personality to match her analytical mind, Ava's natural talents led her to earning a B.A. in hospitality management from Metro State University. There's nothing she enjoys more than interacting with people, meeting them where they are, and expanding their minds and palates (or palettes, in the case of her Toolbox work).

• Senior Production Designer

At 3 years old, Justin got his hands on a Super Nintendo. He's been seeing pixels ever since. As a creative Midwestern kid with no proclivity for farming or football, Justin found himself easily captivated by the diverse and vibrant worlds of video games and television. Never far from a sketchbook or computer screen, he fine-tuned his natural artistic abilities by analyzing and recreating his favorite characters, ads and even user interfaces. Justin's sharpened skills in design and visual storytelling eventually brought him westward to Colorado State University where he earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts, blending graphic design and business administration.

Tyler has been an indispensable member of the Toolbox A-Team for over three years. Whether hand drawing illustrations and logos, laying out complex documents or designing brand systems, Tyler enjoys putting his artist's eye and craftsman's skillset to work for the crew and our clients. In and out of the ‘Box, he's always creating - youtube videos, surreal art, clothing, murals (check out his 9 x 27-foot masterpiece at UNC), skateboard decks and doodles by the truckload. He also enjoys fly fishing, dog training, thrifting and getting outside, all in the company of his wife, Jules.
