Sales transformation and enablement expert. Active in sales enablement since the mid '80s, when I created and managed a "tribal knowledge" resource on an internal hardcopy terminal network at TI. In 2007 I developed the first body of market research focusing on sales enablement while at IDC, active in the sales enablement community, founding member of the Sales Enablement Society, and focused on sales (and personal) transformation.
