Alden Richards

Alden Richards is an Analyst at TM Capital Corp. who joined the firm after completing an internship in the Atlanta office during the summer of 2020. Prior to his internship with TM Capital, Alden interned with the Corporate Development team at Sharecare in Atlanta. Alden graduated from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a double major in Math. Alden lives in Inman Park. Outside of work, Alden enjoys running, skiing, and rooting for Atlanta and UNC sports teams.

Allan Cruickshanks - Managing Director

Allan Cruickshanks is a Managing Director at TM Capital Corp. His extensive investment banking experience encompasses a wide variety of transactions across numerous industry verticals including Industrials and Niche Manufacturing, Specialty Distribution and E-Commerce, Business Services, Building Products and Consumer Durables, and Aerospace & Defense, among others. He has worked with numerous industry-leading private equity, financial sponsor, private, and public companies, many of which are repeat clients. Allan is widely regarded for having particular expertise in achieving premium outcomes for Private Equity and other financial sponsor clients in sell-side M&A advisory transactions for their portfolio companies. Prior to joining TM Capital, Allan was a Managing Director at BB&T Capital Markets, where he focused primarily on sell-side M&A advisory for private equity and other clients. He previously worked at boutique investment banking and brokerage firm Anderson & Strudwick. Prior to that he worked at Jefferies Quarterdeck, the Aerospace, Defense, & Government Services focused practice of Jefferies & Company Allan holds a B.A. with Distinction from the University of Virginia. Allan lives in Richmond, VA with his wife, three children, and two dogs. He is a Cub Scout den leader as well as a volunteer for various Scouting, baseball, and other children's activities. When not traveling for TM, Allan mostly acts as a general chauffeur for his children while occasionally enjoying boating on the Rappahannock River or Chesapeake Bay, fishing, skiiing, hiking, and similar activities. Allan is an avid reader and a lifelong fan of UVA sports.

Andy B. Krna - Managing Director

Andy Krna joined TM Capital as an Associate in 2012 and is primarily responsible for transaction execution within the firm's industrial practice - with expertise in equipment rental, building products and manufacturing. Andy is the co-author of TM Capital's annual Building Products Sector Spotlight and the Equipment Rental and Dealer Sector Spotlight. Andy has over seventeen years of finance and consulting experience, working with both established and start-up companies on a wide variety of transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Andy was an Associate with Accordion, a private equity-focused financial consulting and technology firm that empowers PE-backed CFOs across their entire function. While at Accordion, Andy also worked as an independent consultant for start-up companies and venture capital firms, including spending a year at Broadway Video Ventures. Prior to Accordion, Andy was an analyst in the Leveraged Finance group at Barclays, focusing on infrastructure and utilities. Andy's first job after college was working as a consultant for Silver Oak Solutions, a management consulting firm that later became CGI - Spend Management Solutions. Andy received a BA in Economics from Harvard University. While at Harvard, Andy was a member of the Harvard Men's Swimming and Diving Team, serving as team captain his senior year. Outside of work, Andy resides in Bronxville, NY with his wife, Lindsay, daughter, Sydney and son, Luke. In his free time, Andy enjoys living an active lifestyle, taking in all New York has to offer and traveling whenever possible.

Anisha Brunson

Anthony P. Giorgio - Managing Director

Anthony Giorgio is a Managing Director and leads the firm's Specialty Chemicals and Materials practice, TM Catalyst. Anthony has spent the majority of his career in the specialty chemical industry. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Anthony founded and ran CIM Partners, a leading, boutique M&A firm focused on the specialty chemicals and materials industry. At CIM Partners, Anthony led multiple complex, cross-border acquisition and divestiture transactions for a broad variety of clients, including leading private equity investors, global chemical companies and family-owned entrepreneurs. Prior to founding CIM Partners in 2011, Anthony worked in multiple, senior transaction roles in the chemical industry. Anthony was an Operating Director with Arsenal Capital, a private equity investor focused on chemicals, industrials and life sciences, and VP of Corporate Development for ISP (now Ashland), a global, specialty chemical company. Anthony's prior experience also includes M&A banking roles at Merrill Lynch and TM Capital, where he started his career as an Analyst. Anthony is a graduate of the Jerome Fisher Management and Technology Program of the University of Pennsylvania and holds a BSE in Chemical Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Science and a BS in Finance from the Wharton School. Anthony also has an MBA from Columbia University. Anthony lives in Westchester, NY with his wife and children.

Ariel Fieldman

Ariel Fieldman is an Associate at TM Capital Corp. Prior to joining TM Capital as an Analyst in 2021, Ariel was an Analyst at Truist Securities, where she worked on advisory and capital raising mandates in the REIT and Homebuilder sector. Prior to Truist, Ariel held roles at JLL Capital Markets and at Point72 Asset Management. Ariel received a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a minor in nutrition. During her time at Penn, Ariel was a member of the Track & Field team, specializing in jumps and multi-events. Ariel currently resides in New York, NY. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, skiing, playing music, basketball, and reading. She is originally from Long Island, New York, and is a long-suffering New York Knicks fan.

Bradford A. Adams - Managing Director

Brad Adams is a Managing Director of TM Capital Corp. and leads the firm's efforts in the Technology and Technology-enabled Services sectors. Brad also serves as TM Capital's Chief Operating Officer and oversees all of the firm's administrative functions. Brad has over 20 years of experience in advising clients in complex M&A transactions, as well as public and private equity financings. Prior to joining TM Capital, Brad was a Managing Director and co-founder of Boston Corporate Finance, a boutique investment banking firm focused on providing M&A, capital raising and general advisory services to leading technology companies on a global basis. Previously, Brad was a Vice President at both KPMG Corporate Finance and Advest, Inc. where he specialized in IPOs, private placements and M&A advisory assignments for global technology companies. In between Advest and KPMG, Brad was a Director of Business Development for NewMediary, Inc., a leading provider of private labeled marketplaces for IT services which was ultimately sold to CNET, a CBS Interactive property. Brad has extensive international experience and is the Head of Oaklins' (formerly M&A International) TMT Group, as well as a former member of M&A International's Executive Committee. For ten years he served as Chairman of the Fall Technology Conference for the Association for Corporate Growth and was formerly on the ACG Boston and Global Board of Directors. Brad is a graduate of Bates College and received his MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. He is proficient in Japanese. Brad is an avid basketball junkie and is willing to go to extreme lengths to find a pick-up game anywhere on the globe. He also enjoys playing in an adult baseball league and has contributed to a number of World Series championships for his hometown team in Southborough. However, Brad mainly focuses his competitive juices towards chasing his wife in various road races throughout the year and coaching his two girls and one boy as they begin to develop their passion for athletics.

Bradley S. Goldstein - VP

Brad Goldstein is a Vice President at TM Capital and is responsible for transaction execution across a broad range of industries. Brad has over six years of finance and transaction-related experience. He has completed numerous sell-side, buy-side and financing engagements for leading financial sponsors, public companies and entrepreneur-owned businesses. He has significant experience in the automotive, consumer and business services sectors. Prior to joining TM, Brad was an investment banking analyst in the diversified industrials and services group at Piper Sandler. Prior to Piper Sandler, Brad was an associate in the assurance practice at Deloitte. Brad is a graduate of the University of Georgia Terry College of Business where he received both his B.B.A. in Accounting and Master of Accounting degrees. Additionally, he is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). Brad lives in the Sandy Springs neighborhood of Atlanta with his wife, Danielle, and young daughter. In his free time, he enjoys backpacking, golf, chess and cheering on the back-to-back national champion Georgia Bulldogs.

Charles Lipman

Charles Lipman is a Senior Advisor for TM Capital Corp. and assists the firm's efforts in the Industrials and Global sectors. Charles was CEO and Chairman of the Board of DiversiTech Corporation, a leading manufacturer and distributor of HVACR equipment pads, and a proprietary portfolio of condensate management equipment, HVACR maintenance chemicals and electrical accessories for 32 years. DiversiTech was acquired in 2015 by The Jordan Company, and then sold to Permira in 2017. A stockholder since DiversiTech was founded in 1971, Charles joined as President in 1983 and later acquired a controlling interest in the Company. According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Charles is behind the model that is enabling entrepreneurs to efficiently move products overseas. He expanded business domestically through the growth of product lines, automation of factories in Georgia and Texas and acquisition. When production costs increased, Charles found it was less expensive to produce materials in Asia. In 2001, Charles co-founded East West Manufacturing after already having formed networks in both Europe and the Middle East. Previously, Charles had a successful career as a self-employed attorney and real estate investor. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina. Charles resides in Dunwoody. Charles has two adult children, Andy and Emily, as well as two grandchildren. Charles is passionate about the Wish for Wendy Foundation, a non-profit organization founded by his son in 2006 to increase awareness about living with cystic fibrosis and support efforts to find a cure for CF. Leveraging 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and public and private financings, Craig has realized extraordinary outcomes and record breaking valuations for clients ranging from high growth emerging brands to large multinational corporations. Within the consumer sector, Craig has a specialized focus on the food & beverage, health & wellness, and the gift & home décor sectors. David M. Felts - Managing Director

He is highly regarded as an architect of portfolio company divestitures for many well respected middle market private equity firms and is a frequent panel speaker at middle market M&A industry conferences. Prior to joining TM, David was a Managing Director at Brookwood Associates, where for over a decade he focused primarily on middle market M&A advisory. Previously, he was a founding partner at Equity Capital Partners and a Director at Prudential Securities Investment Banking, where he spearheaded the growth of Prudential's successful Consumer / Industrials Industry Practice Group. David holds an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. David lives on the northern edge of Atlanta with his wife and great large group of friends. When they aren't there, you can find them at their cabin in the North Georgia Mountains or at the Gulf Coast. It is also a full-time job keeping up with the travel, work, and life experiences of their two married daughters. David enjoys playing golf and tennis and wishes he could play more often. He is the author of "Swing Thoughts," a book observing the intersections of golf and faith. Denis Kelly is a Senior Advisor of TM Capital Corp. who has over four decades of experience in multiple industries executing primarily M&A transactions. Mr. Kelly began his career at Lehman Brothers in the 1970's, moved to Merrill for the 1980's and was recruited to Prudential Securities for the 1990's where he was the head of the M&A department. He left Prudential and with Paul Scura, formed a boutique investment bank located in NYC. In additional to Mr. Kelly's investment banking experience, he has served on a number of NYSE boards of directors including Weight Watchers International, Inc. (current), and MSC Industrial Direct, Inc. and Kenneth Cole Productions. Through these board experiences, Mr. Kelly has valuable experience in corporate governance, compensation and audit matters. Mr. Kelly is also an arbitrator with National Association & Mediation focusing on securities disputes. Mr. Kelly is a graduate of Amherst College, where he majored in Cultural Anthropology, and he received an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Elizabeth is a 2020 graduate of the University of Kentucky, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology - Exercise Science with minors in coaching and human health promotion. Elizabeth currently resides in Atlanta, GA where she enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying active in Piedmont Park, and trying new restaurants.

Fred Herbert

Fred is currently Managing Director and Founder of CIC Advisors, which partners with Investment Banking firms, Private Equity companies and Board of Directors to provide financial and operational based consulting services. After a 25-year career in the staffing industry, Fred retired as President of RemX Specialty Staffing, a division of EmployBridge. He joined RemX in 2002 to create, direct and manage its entry into specialty niche markets that included Financial Staffing, IT Staffing and high-end Administrative Staffing. Fred started-up RemX and grew the company to over 25 locations nationwide and exceeded $100 million in revenues. Prior to starting RemX, Fred was a partner in a venture capital fund and was engaged as an acquisitions consultant in the staffing industry. He also served on the Board of Directors for early stage companies. Fred currently serves on the Advisory Board for The University of Texas, McCombs School of Business, Center for Leadership and Ethics. He also serves on the Boards of Directors for the Chastain Park Conservancy and the Standard Club. George Blank

George Blank is a Senior Advisor for TM Capital Corp. and assists the firm's efforts in the Healthcare sector. In 1979, George founded The MedTech Group, a plastics technology contract manufacturer dedicated to engineering and manufacturing of disposable medical products for the healthcare industry. As its President & CEO, he expanded MedTech's core plastic technologies into product design and development, injection molding and extrusion of mission critical components, and manufacturing and packaging of sterile devices for the minimally invasive, therapeutic and interventional markets. In 2008, TM Capital advised MedTech in a recapitalization with KRG Capital, a Denver-based private equity firm. In 2011, the company was rebranded as Vention Medical and George became Chairman of the Board of Directors. In 2017, after completing eight acquisitions (TM Capital served as financial advisor on two of the acquisitions) and expanding to ten domestic and international locations, the Advanced Technologies segment of Vention was acquired by Nordson Corporation (NasdaqGS: NDSN) for $705 million, and the Device Manufacturing Services segment was acquired by MedPlast, Inc, a medical device contract manufacturer jointly owned by private equity sponsors JLL Partners and Water Street Healthcare Partners. Prior to founding MedTech, George served for sixteen years in various management positions with Johnson & Johnson including Vice President, Manufacturing of the Jelco Laboratories Division. In 2004, and again in 2008, MD&DI Magazine selected George as one of the 100 most notable people in the medical device industry. He is a past President of the Jewish Federation of Somerset, Hunterdon, and Warren Counties; Temple Sholom, Bridgewater and Congregation Shaari Tefilah, Somerville. Gregory Berube

Prior to his time at TM Capital, Greg was a Manager within RSM US LLP's Transaction Advisory Services group assisting private equity and strategic buyers and sellers with financial due diligence on buy- and sell-side transactions. Greg also previously served as an Assurance Senior Associate for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he focused on the audits of broker dealers and investment funds. Greg holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and a Masters of Science in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA. Harry Boeschenstein

James McLaren, former Head of International Corporate Finance for Goldman Sachs and the co-founder of Asante Partners, joins TM Capital as a Partner to expand our advisory capabilities for middle market healthcare companies. James McLaren is a Managing Director of TM Capital Corp. and brings his extensive background in the healthcare industry to the firm's healthcare team. James joined TM Capital in 2014 from Asante Partners, which he founded more than fifteen years ago to provide quality strategic advice to middle-market healthcare companies. Previously, James had a twenty-year career advising corporate clients at Goldman Sachs, where he served as head of European Corporate Finance in London and of International Corporate Finance in New York, leading teams that executed significant global transactions. James is a non-executive director of Analytics4Life, headquartered in Toronto, and ABK Biomedical in Halifax, Nova Scotia, as well as an advisory board member of Radius Ventures, a New York-based firm focused on the healthcare industry. James earned a BA with Honors in Economics from Oxford University. James and his wife are active patrons of the arts, supporting emerging artists, theater and dance productions in New York and London. James S. Grien - CEO, President

Jim Grien joined TM Capital Corp. in 2001 and, since 2008, has served as the firm's President and CEO. In addition to overseeing TM Capital's management and strategic direction, Jim leads many of the firm's most noteworthy relationships and transactions. Over the last decade, Jim has personally led teams at TM Capital that have completed over 50 engagements, including complex merger transactions, multifaceted financings and high-level Board advisory engagements. Previously, Jim was Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance for Prudential Securities Investment Banking. Jim joined Prudential Securities in 1989 and subsequently led the firm's Southeastern Regional and Consumer Industries Investment Banking Groups before assuming overall responsibility for the firm's Corporate Finance Group. During his tenure at Prudential Securities, Jim was responsible for a diverse group of middle market consumer and industrial client relationships and completed transactions valued at over $15 billion. Prior to joining Prudential Securities, Jim was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Group of Thomson McKinnon Securities Inc. Jim is a 1980 Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and a graduate of the Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.

Jarrad S. Zalkin - Managing Director

Jarrad joined TM Capital in January 2008 following the firm's acquisition of Boston Corporate Finance. Today, he leads the firm's coverage of the business services sector which focuses on facilities services, light industrial services, distribution, logistics and business process outsourcing (BPO). Jarrad's highly respected perspectives on B2B outsourced services have appeared in numerous industry publications including BusinessWeek, InformationWeek, The Dealmaker and Investor's Business Daily. In addition to his services efforts, Jarrad also has experience working with mid-market technology companies in the enterprise software, IT consulting, managed services, staffing, value-added reselling (VAR) and systems integration sectors. All told, he has more than 20 years of investment banking experience, advising both public and private companies on a wide variety of M&A and financing transactions. Jarrad graduated Cum Laude from Amherst College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both English and Law, Jurisprudence and Social Thought (LJST). Jerome S. Romano - Managing Director

Jerome Romano is a Managing Director of TM Capital Corp. Jerome joined TM Capital in 1998 and has completed a broad range of multifaceted transactions for numerous private equity, family and entrepreneur-owned private companies and publicly traded companies operating in diverse industries. He has successfully managed sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, debt financings and equity capital raises, restructurings, 363 sales, takeover defenses and fairness opinions and provided a variety of general corporate advisory services. Jerome's extensive experience enables him to specialize in complex domestic and cross-border assignments that combine his M&A, debt financing and restructuring expertise and he is a regular speaker at M&A industry conferences. Over his 20 years at TM Capital, Jerome has developed a particular focus advising companies in commercial and residential building products, branded and private label consumer products, industrial manufacturing, and the retail and restaurant sectors. Jerome co-leads TM's Financing and Restructuring Advisory group and leads TM's building products practice. For nine years Jerome served as a member of the executive committee and board of the New York Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). He founded and co-chaired the annual ACG New York M&A DealSource event for the past eight years. Jerome is a 2019 winner of the Association for Corporate Growth's Meritorious Service Award and a 2011 national winner of the M&A Advisor Top 40 Under 40 Award. Jerome is a cum laude graduate of Georgetown University, where he earned a degree in Business Administration with a double major in finance and management. Jerome also studied at the London School of Economics. Outside of work, Jerome resides in the Boston metropolitan area with his wife and daughter and spends his free time travelling and cooking. Jerome is a memeber of the Board of Trustees of Canisius High School and remains an avid supporter of the Bills and Sabres.

John A. Dean

John is a Principal of TM Capital Corp. and is responsible for transaction execution across the firm's healthcare practice, including all aspects of the deal process. John has over twelve years of finance and transaction-related experience. Prior to joining TM, John was an Associate at Roark Capital Group, an Atlanta-based private equity firm with more than $33 billion of equity capital under management. While at Roark, John served on the post-acquisition management teams of a number of Roark's portfolio companies and evaluated new opportunities primarily in multi-unit consumer and specialty retail, business services, industrial and environmental services companies. Prior to Roark, John was an Analyst at Duff & Phelps where he provided valuation advisory services to a range of public and private companies. John is a graduate of Georgia Tech's Scheller College of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management. Outside of work, John resides in Marietta with his wife and three young daughters. He is a licensed pilot and enjoys travel, sailing, cooking, exploring new restaurants, and leading an active lifestyle. John is originally from Ocean Springs, Mississippi.

Jonathan I. Mishkin - Managing Director

Jonathan Mishkin is a Managing Director of TM Capital Corp. and co-leads TM Capital's industrial practice where he focuses on the Building Products, Paper and Packaging sectors. Prior to joining the firm Jonathan was the founder and managing partner of Sanabe & Associates, LLC. At Sanabe & Associates he represented a variety of American and Canadian clients, including Ainsworth Lumber, Catalyst Paper, Domtar, EACOM Timber, Finch, Pruyn, Huttig Building Products, Interfor, Lenzing, Menasha Packaging, NewPage, Resolute Forest Products, Smurfit-Stone Container (Ad-Hoc Group of Preferred Equity Holders), Wellspring Capital Management/Neucel Specialty Cellulose, and WestRock. Prior to founding Sanabe & Associates in 2002, Jonathan was North American Group Head for Paper, Packaging and Forest Products for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) from 1994 - 2000 and retained this position after DLJ was acquired by Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) in 2000. While at DLJ and CSFB, he initiated and managed over twenty M&A, high yield and merchant banking transactions. These included the sales of St. Laurent Paperboard, Repap Enterprises and Unisource Worldwide; divestitures for Bowater, Smurfit-Stone Container and Sappi Ltd.; major acquisitions for St. Laurent Paperboard and National Envelope; high yield financings for Stone Container, Gaylord Container and Repap Enterprises; and merchant banking investments for DLJ Merchant Banking Partners in American Tissue and S.D. Warren. From 1989 - 1994, Jonathan built a leading franchise in Canadian paper and forest products at Burns Fry Limited. Significant transactions for which he was responsible included lead managing Noranda Forest's public sale of a 51% stake in MacMillan Bloedel, lead managed IPO's for Pacific Forest Products, St. Laurent Paperboard, TimberWest, Rainy River and Stone Consolidated as well as M&A transactions for Fletcher Challenge Canada, Enso Gutzeit and Avenor. From 1981 - 1989, he worked at Morgan Stanley, covering Canadian and American industrial and financial companies. Jonathan has served on the board of Ainsworth Lumber, a large Canadian manufacturer of oriented strand board. He received a BA from Columbia University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Jonathan is a former co-chair of the YIVO Institute and member of the board of the Center for Jewish History in New York. Jonathan lives with his wife in Manhattan. He has two daughters and one son. Jonathan has completed twelve marathons and is thankful his knees and hips have not given up on him. He is also a fan of the New Jersey Devils and the New York Mets.

Jordan joined TM Capital in 2015 and rejoined the firm in 2019 after completing his MBA. He has completed numerous sell-side and buy-side transactions, as well as financing and board advisory engagements for leading financial sponsors, public companies and entrepreneur-owned businesses. He has significant experience in the business services, industrial services and consumer & retail sectors. Prior to TM Capital, Jordan worked in the consumer & retail investment banking group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Jordan earned an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, Entrepreneurship and Economics. Jordan completed his undergraduate education at the University of Georgia, earning BBA degrees in Finance and Economics and graduating from the Honors Program. Jordan lives in the Morningside neighborhood of Atlanta with his wife, Kristin, and young son. On the weekend, he can be found walking in Piedmont Park with his family and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.

Prior to joining TM Capital, Katie was on the equity investment committee at Earnest Partners, an institutional asset manager with over $20B in assets under management. Prior to that, she was founder and CEO of a consumer business in London, responsible for all aspects of the business, including fundraising, technology development, marketing, finance, and operations. She also spent over a decade in corporate strategy and M&A leadership roles across developed and emerging markets. Katie is a graduate of Georgia Tech's School of Chemical and Biomechanical Engineering with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. She is also a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society Atlanta. Outside of work, Katie enjoys staying active and involved in the local community. She is a keen runner, having completed eight marathons, including the New York, Berlin, London, Paris, and Boston races. She also volunteers with the Shepherd Center and local startup incubators. Katie is originally from Burlington, Vermont.
