Kyle became an equal partner in Top Dog Services, after honorably serving 4 years in the United States Marine Corps. Kyle has been in the snow and ice management business for over 20 years. Through the growth of the company Kyle has been involved in the development of new divisions within Top Dog to include General Contracting, Pressure Washing, Brining, and Project Management. Kyle's areas of responsibility include the municipal airports division of the company. Kyle received certification by the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) at the International Aviation Snow Symposium (IASS) Snow Academy designed to provide current, relevant, and focused training for snow and ice control measures at airports, including FAA FAR Part 139 certificated airports. Kyle is currently involved in daily operations.

In his spare time, Todd is an avid sport fishing angler and golfer. He values family time and instills a family approach with his employees. Todd is an active member of the Montgomery Country Club Board of Directors in Laytonsville, MD and Saint Mary's Parish in Rockville, MD.
