Since 1938 when Ted Vignolo planted his first crop on Central Californian soil, Top Brass has taken a vow to stay true to its founding philosophies. We believe in growing responsible produce that feeds the people with sustainable practices. We believe in quality over quantity, which translates to remaining a family farm and never becoming corporate. We see the value of human connection with one another, and with our produce; this is why we stand by growing produce that is only Top Brass... Our fourth generation family farm has taken the time to ensure our process is foolproof within all the steps of our sorting, grading, cooling, packing, shipping, and sales. We believe that we can always be better and do better, and with this mentality, we will consistently stand by our quality standards that our founder, Ted Vignolo set in 1938... We are a fourth generation family farm that handles all aspects of the growing, harvesting, cooling, storage, shipping, and sales.
