Andrew Armato

Andrew Armato, an alumni of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute joined the Titanium team in 2012 with a BS in Civil Engineering. His engineering degree has already proven to be a field asset in his ability to formulate solutions to unforeseen logistical and structural issues. Andrew's organizational skills provides support not only to the construction teams, but also the administrative officers.

Anthony O'Donnell - Managing Director

Mr. O'Donnell is responsible for providing an ever evolving strategic direction; aligning business and operations initiatives with company goals. He is a "hands-on" manager who prides himself on being as active and approachable in the field as he is in the office. He truly leads by example ensuring that the result produced by Titanium Construction Services is one he can be proud of. This is evident in the positive "word-of-mouth" referrals by clients, colleagues and affiliates that continue to grow the business.

Brian Bain

Job Titles:

Brian Bain brings over 20 years of expertise in the interior aspects of Titanium Construction Services. Mr. Bain is an expert in carpentry, drywall, plumbing, masonry and mechanical systems, and has completed hundreds of thousands of square feet in the Manhattan area alone. His responsibilities include overseeing day to day operations of the projects to which he is assigned.

George Macdonald

Not only does Mr. Macdonald act as Owner::Contractor liason, but he ensures that the GC/CM::subcontractor line of communication is always open and clear. Georges responsibilities include the final walk through to ensure that projects are ready for turnover. He interacts with all project managers regarding completion scheduling and finishes.

Joseph Senna - CFO

During the last decade, Joe Senna has diversified and substantially grown Titanium Construction Services into one of the top mid-range general contractors in the New York area. Mr. Senna began working with the company in 2006, bringing with him a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management that has brought a professionalism at the administrative level that is required in these competitive times. Recently Joseph has also become a certified mold remediation contractor, bringing additional diversity to Titanium's growing services.

Juan Plasencia

Mr. Plasencia is Titanium's mobilization key person. Crew relocation and coordination is his primary concern. A talented artisan craftsman in his own right, his attention to detail is unsurpassed. It has been said he treats each and every project as if he were the owner.

Nicole O'Donnell - CEO, President

Nicole O'Donnell is President and Chief Executive Officer of Titanium Construction Services. She oversees the management of projects and contract negotiations. She provides executive guidance for all corporate concerns while monitoring and establishing overall strategic goals. Under her guidance the company has earned recognition as a leader in the delivery of sustainable building projects and for the utilization of technology tools in the planning and delivery of its services. Starting since its inception the company continued to grow and expand its services into what today has become Titanium Construction Services.

Salvatore Altieri

Salvatore Altieri, an alumni of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute joined the Titanium team in 2008 with a BS in Civil Engineering specializing in steel and concrete design. His structured expertise extends into the field offices of ongoing projects where he is responsible for estimating, daily operations and methodically overseeing all daily and weekly reports, and submittals. Equipped with robust energy and a do-it-yourself initiative, he continues to cultivate and apply his understanding of building methods as he gains real world experience from structural steel erection to finish carpentry.

Steven Kenniff - EVP

Mr. Kenniff is the senior project manager in charge of all operations at Titanium Construction, managing estimating, and value engineering, purchasing, budgets and field operations. Mr. Kenniff personally oversees project teams and is intimately involved with scheduling, safety, and subcontractor coordination. He also works closely with the project superintendents to supervise site operations. Mr. Kenniff regularly communicates with owners and owner representatives to assure the smooth completion of all projects on time and within budget.

Theodore Clohessy

Job Titles:

Mr. Clohessy is a graduate of Wagner College with a concentration in construction engineering and project management. He joined Titanium in 2013 and quickly worked his way up the ranks through the CHST certification program. He is now a NYC DOB registered construction superintendent who recently completed a 400,000 SF, multi-million dollar warehouse renovation project in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. He currently has taken the lead on a 21-story residential tower in "Dumbo", Brooklyn. He is overseeing all aspects of the project from demolition, excavation, superstructure to enclosure envelope.
