We also make and sell tortilla products like nachos, tostadas, masa for tortillas, coarse masa for tamales and ready-made tamales, as well as white tortillas, blue tortillas, tortillas for tacos of different sizes... We grind the corn with a stone grinder to make "masa" (corn dough). Yes, we make fresh masa everyday!... It all began with a heartfelt, stomach-led desire, and a simple (yet brilliant) idea.
