Frank Mah - Managing Director

Frank Mah is a Managing Director at Transnational Capital Corp. (TCC), a New York City-based investment bank focused on raising private equity and debt capital and providing M&A advisory for emerging growth companies in China, the Americas and Europe. Frank has extensive experience in both the equity and high yield fixed income markets. His professional experience in Asia includes China, Taiwan, Korea, Hong Kong and Macau. Prior to joining TCC, Frank held senior positions at global investment banks that included Lehman Brothers, Citibank, and Nomura Securities International. He started his Wall Street career in Research at Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette (DLJ), where he covered the Gaming, Lodging, and Food Retailing sectors. Frank was voted by investors into Institutional Investor Magazine's All American Research Team in Gaming. Frank earned his MBA in Finance from Stanford University. Frank is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese. He is active in both the Hong Kong Association of New York and the New York Asian Financial Society (AFS). The Hong Kong Association has offices in 32 countries and regions, with over 13,000 individual associates. Frank helped the Hong Kong Association's New York Chapter to win the Association's Global Grand Achievement Award in 2010, and the Best Initiative Award in 2016. Founded in 1984, the New York Asian Financial Society (AFS) is a US non-profit organization that aims to improve business relations between US and Asia. It serves over 4,000 members worldwide. He joined the AFS Board of Directors in 2017, and became its Secretary General in 2018. And in 2022, Frank was elected Chairman of AFS.

Ivy Lindstrom Fredericks - CEO, Founder, President

Ivy Lindstrom Fredericks is Founder, President & CEO of Transnational Capital Corp., an investment bank and FINRA member firm specializing in emerging growth companies worldwide. Ms. Fredericks advises companies on public and private debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and financial restructuring. The firm focuses primarily on emerging growth companies in the US, Asia (principally China), Europe, and worldwide. Ms. Fredericks has over 35 years of investment banking experience. Previously, she was Managing Director, Corporate Finance with KPMG Peat Marwick, Westminster Securities and Ambient Capital, and in New York. Prior to that, she was Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions with Kidder, Peabody & Co. and Drexel Burnham Lambert in New York. Ms. Fredericks has been involved in hundreds of transactions and has worked with public and private companies in the Americas, Asia, and Europe. She has extensive experience with stock exchanges throughout the world including the NYSE, the NASDAQ, the OTC Bulletin Board, the London Stock Exchange Alternative Investment Market (AIM), and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Ms. Fredericks has been actively working with companies and entrepreneurs in China since 2003 and travels there frequently to advise companies seeking to execute corporate finance transactions. She has served as an expert witness in litigation regarding Chinese business practices. Ms. Fredericks is on the Board of Governors of Off-the-Record, the longest running women's foreign policy lecture forum in the United States created in 1938 under the aegis of the Foreign Policy Association. Ms. Fredericks speaks frequently at international conferences on a variety of Corporate Finance topics. As an Adjunct Assistant Professor, she taught a course at New York University entitled "Privatization and Economic Reform: Focus on Eastern Europe and the Former Soviet Union". Ms. Fredericks was on the Board of Directors of Vero Software PLC, a CAD/CAM/CAE software solutions company based in Stroud, England which traded on the London Stock Exchange Alternative Investment Market. Ms. Fredericks was also on the Board of Directors of the Center for Business Ethics and Corporate Governance, a non-profit NGO based in St. Petersburg, Russia. Ms. Fredericks received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and English from Smith College where she was on the Investment Committee of the Board of Trustees for eight years. She has a Masters of International Affairs in International Business from Columbia University.

Gary Post has over 30 years of experience in a wide variety of public and private corporate finance transactions. He has specialized in raising and investing capital as a key element creating value for shareholders as an advisor and direct private equity and venture investor. Mr. Post has often taken an active role in companies to implement solutions and has served as an interim CEO or COO and a director of several public and private companies. In these situations Mr. Post participated in solving complex capital structure, corporate governance, corporate reorganization and other strategic issues. In his roles at Ambient Capital, he has was President and CEO of VoIP, Inc., a public company that provided enabling technologies and services to the Voice over Internet Protocol/Telecom Industry, Interim CEO of OCC Meds Billing Services - a firm specializing in automating and financing Workers Compensation Pharmacy Claims, Acting CEO of Opticon Medical, a private medical device company with multiple FDA clearances, and part-time interim COO of Oxis International. Inc. - a company with interests in anti-oxidant research and proprietary nutrient supplements. Gary Post's previous experience has been in a variety of senior corporate finance roles as First Vice President at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Vice President at Kidder Peabody, Managing Director at Houlihan, Lokey, Howard and Zukin and Director of Research and Consultant at McKinsey & Company. Gary Post received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University and a MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Before Clarity, he was a co-founder and a Managing General Partner of Rader Reinfrank & Co., a private equity fund.
