Our philosophy then is the same as mine is now - provide the best service and custom home building experience possible. Since 1994 I have seen many builders come and go - some good and some bad. Building the Custom Home of your dreams should be an enjoyable experience. Take your time and thoroughly interview and investigate each builder you are considering. Don't just call a few customer referrals, but request credit references, subcontractor references, and supplier references. Do your due diligence now and avoid a potential nightmare later. I am a consumer advocate and get irritated when I see another builders job specifications that are so vague and so minimal there is no way he can be held accountable for any of his work. Even if you have already chosen another builder I would love the opportunity to meet you and review your plans and specifications in detail with you from an unbiased builders perspective.
