David B. Rosenberg

David B. Rosenberg has been practicing law for over twenty years and has experience in all manners of commercial litigation and aviation finance, leasing and purchase transactions. David represents numerous clients in the construction industry and has successfully prosecuted and defended a wide range of claims and defenses involving material suppliers, subcontractors and contractors on public and private construction projects, and also advises clients on the best way to protect their interests prior to litigation. David also represents aviation clients in the negotiation of aviation leasing financing and purchase transactions and has represented clients in numerous aviation litigations in both federal and state courts in New York. David relies on his combination of both transactional and litigation experience to provide his clients with well rounded advice and analysis of their aviation leasing and finance issues, whether in negotiating a new transaction, resolving disputes through negotiated settlements, or representing clients involved in litigation. David obtained his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan in 1991 and his law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School in 1994. David is admitted to practice in the New York State Courts, the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Jill Levi

Jill Levi has more than thirty years of experience in all aspects of commercial litigation, business disputes, aviation financing disputes and construction litigation. Jill also practices in the area of aircraft financing, related corporate and commercial transactions and creditor's rights. Jill also heads up the firm's matrimonial practice. Jill obtained her B.A. from Queens College of the City University of New York summa cum laude in 1979 where she was admitted to Phi Beta Kappa. Jill earned her law degree with distinction from Hofstra University where she was an associate editor of the Law Review. Jill graduated as number two in her class. Jill has been named a Super Lawyer in Commercial Business Litigation from 2013 to 2017. Jill was admitted to the New York Bar in 1983 and began her practice in the litigation department of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP. Prior to founding Todd & Levi, LLP, Jill was a litigation partner at Feltman, Karesh, Major and Farbman. Jill is admitted to practice in the New York State Courts, the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Courts of Appeal for the Second, Third and Fifth Circuits. Jill represents some of the largest electrical material suppliers in the country, and has advised clients on all matters involving a wide range of disputes in the construction industry. Jill is experienced in counseling clients on the most practical way to protect their interests prior to and after the commencement of litigation. Jill has vast expertise in advising construction clients on their pre-litigation remedies, such as filing liens and bond claims and representing clients in all matters of litigation in state and federal courts.

John received his B.S. in Mathematics from Pratt Institute in 1973 and his law degree from George Washington University magna cum laude in 1979 where he was admitted to the Order of the Coif. John worked at NASA as an applications programmer from 1973 to 1980. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1980 and began his law practice at Shearman & Sterling. He is also a member of the California Bar. John represents a wide range of clients, including financial institutions, equity investors, management companies, airlines and parts suppliers, in all aspects of aircraft finance, including secured loans, domestic and cross-border leases, sales and purchases.
