Nick comes by his Southern charm honestly, having been born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. After graduating from the University of Alabama with a finance degree in 2008, Nick launched a career in Credit Analysis at Hancock Whitney Bank. In 2017, Nick's love for the outdoors inspired him and his yellow lab, Maddy, to relocate to Crested Butte. The inseparable pair enjoy mountain biking, whitewater rafting, skiing, and fly fishing. In May of 2021, Nick joined Toad Properties as an Assistant Property Manager. In this role, Nick is a key liaison with vendors and contractors and specializes in capital project management. Maddy also lends her talents to the office as a part-time consultant with a specialization in boosting employee morale.
