Tim Jones has worked in the Solano County real estate community since 1982. He's been voted Solano County's #1 Attorney 6 times in the Daily Republic's Readers Choice Poll. Mr. Jones was admitted to practice law in California after receiving his law degree from John F. Kennedy University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in all the Courts in California and the Federal Courts in the Eastern District of California. Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Jones held a California Real Estate Broker's License, owning and operating his own real estate firm. Mr. Jones focuses his practice entirely on real estate advising clients regarding both transactions and litigation, as well as working with all types of small businesses whose focus is on the real estate industry. He is a skilled and experienced litigator and serves as an arbitrator in real estate matters. Throughout his career, Mr. Jones has been offering seminars for real estate companies and other professionals to help the community deal with California's complicated real estate laws. Mr. Jones also serves as corporate counsel for a number of real estate brokerages, both large and small, as well as an assortment of businesses. For the past 31 years, Tim Jones has been a weekly columnist in Solano County's largest newspaper The Daily Republic.
