Brian Raub

In June of 2013 Brian joined the company in the position of Sales Account Manager. He has several years of experience most recently with Managed Mobile, Inc., in Orange, CA. We feel he will be a positive addition to the staff and will help us in achieving long-term sustainability and growth.

Carlos Garcia

Job Titles:

With over 5 years of experience in Warehouse Logistics & Transportation, Carlos joined the Total Team in 2008 as a Night Shift Warehouse Lead. Through his time in this position, Carlos exceeded expectations and pushed himself to grow along with his team. In 2010, he was promoted to Warehouse Supervisor at our sister company, Westset Logistics in Carson, California. Over the years, Carlos has demonstrated hard work, determination and a can-do attitude that has allowed him to progress through various warehouse positions to now being promoted to Warehouse Manager at our Rancho Cucamonga facility.

Carlos Guzman

Ruben Dominguez offered Carlos a position with the company after Carlos had been a tutor for the Dominguez children. Carlos originally started in 2008 in a part-time clerical and administrative support position. Over the next couple of years, Mr. Dominguez started working with and depending on Carlos' problem solving and mathematical abilities, eventually moving him into a full-time Logistics Management Analyst position. Today, Carlos is the Director of Business Development and analysis. He helps find ways to improve workflow, reduce bottlenecks and ensures things run smoothly, contributing to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy.

Derek Franco

Derek began his career with Total Transportation & Distribution in 2005. In the position of Dispatch Supervisor, Derek was in constant contact with customers and drivers, ensuring we met our customer's expectations. In 2015 Derek was promoted to Transportation Manager, overseeing all office staff and drivers: ensuring the operation is performing smoothly. He helped to streamline processes, eliminate errors ensure optimal customer service and satisfaction. Due to his dedication and hard work, Derek received a promotion to Terminal Manager in 2022. In this role, Derek is responsible for the overall Transportation division, including all drivers, safety, dispatch, and customer service. Derek has been an integral part of the company's success and continues to be an asset to the company.

Jorge Villagran

In April 2014, Jorge joined the company as a dispatcher for the morning shift. In this role, Jorge would assist drivers and customers if there were any issues upon delivery or pick up. Jorge would also communicate with drivers to ensure they were not running late and would complete all pick-ups and deliveries. In November of 2014, Jorge was promoted to Lead Dispatch for the second shift where he would assist the dispatch supervisor with daily tasks. Jorge continued to take initiative, use problem solving skills, and took on additional responsibilities as a Lead Dispatcher. He was promoted to Dispatch Supervisor in July of 2015 for the second shift. In this role, Jorge led his team of planners and data entry clerks. He was tasked to ensure routes were planned in the most efficient and time effective manner to meet the goals of our customers along with building profitable routes for both owner operators and company drivers. Aside from working full time, Jorge attended college and earned his Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Mt. San Jacinto Community College in December 2018 and transferred over to California State University San Bernardino where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Accounting in April 2021. In June 2022, Jorge was promoted to Office Manager for the first shift. He maintains the office operations and procedures and acts as central control over seven customer service agents, while supporting the dispatch team, other departments as needed, and the terminal manager as well.

Robert Coats

Robert Coats, regional sales manager, brings decades of experience in transportation and warehouse solutions. Robert is an expert in helping customers maximize their supply chain by connecting them and establishing efficient and reliable transportation and logistical services. With years of experience in the transportation industry, Robert understands the importance of reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction. He and his team are committed to delivering exceptional service to every client.

Robert Ortega

In January, 2014 Robert Ortega joined the Company in the position of Vehicle Maintenance/Safety Supervisor. Robert has over 15 years of experience with his last position that of Southern Fleet Supervisor for a local and out-of-state carrier. In this position, Robert planned, organized, and directed the transportation activities of three locations with responsibility for productivity, efficiency, and customer service.

Ruben Dominguez - CEO, Founder

In 1989 Ruben started a small trucking company which has grown and today is known as Total Transportation & Distribution, Inc. Ruben started driving trucks when he was just 21 years old. Working for G.I. Trucking, Ruben had the vision that he could provide excellent customer service and could start his own company providing LTL and TL services. He started with just 1 truck, 1 van, and 1 employee. He would make deliveries and pick-ups all day, come back into the yard in the afternoon, go out on sales calls, and then work until the late hours of the night doing paperwork and routing for the next day. The business has been very successful over the years and has continued to grow and gain market share in the transportation industry. Today, Total Transportation & Distribution, Inc., is a multi-million-dollar a-year business and Ruben is now semi-retired and enjoying the fruits of his labor. William "Willie" Bunton

Total Transportation and Distribution is thrilled to introduce the newest addition to our leadership team, William Bunton, affectionately known as Willie by his friends and colleagues.
