Our primary business is the development, processing and marketing of authentic Caribbean cuisine. Our goal is to provide Jamaican and Caribbean meals in a form that is convenient, yet preserving their Caribbean authenticity to people all over the world. Patents are pending on our preparation... Our facilities have been designed and operated in keeping with international standards. We employ a cadre of technically trained personnel to ensure full safety and quality of our products. Our products are prepared in certified facilities and are monitored by our Executive Chef to ensure the integrity of our products. The marketing and distribution of our products are coordinated in conjunction with our associated representatives in the United Stated, Canada, Japan and Europe.
