Amanda is a Senior Project Manager with over 10 years of project management experience in Ireland and New Zealand. She has extensive project experience from early project initiation to close out and has delivered estate and infrastructure projects for public and private sectors including Government, Local Government and Defence Force.
Amanda holds a BEng in Civil & Transport Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University and is PMI PMP certified.

Andrew Warren has over 30 years' experience of managing major programmes and large projects with particular emphasis on Condition surveys and whole life cost plans.
Andrew joined Tom McNamara & Partners in 2007 and project managed the delivery of commercial development projects and a programme of public realm projects across Ireland. Andrew has proven success in delivering complex projects in difficult multi-stakeholder environments.
Brian Cassidy graduated with an honour's degree in 2021 from Galway Mayo Institute of Technology.
Brian has worked with Tom McNamara and Partners since 2021 and has been working on a number of residential, commercial and educational projects. He is progressing towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
Catherine joined Tom McNamara & Partners in 2019 and has a wide range of experience in cost management and control of Construction projects. Catherine's sectorial experience includes Commercial, High Rise Residential, and Education projects both in Ireland and Australia. Catherine also has experience in Expert Witness matters in medium to high density Residential Projects.
Catherine holds an honours degree in Quantity Surveying from Waterford Institute of Technology and is a Chartered Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Darren is a Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of construction and project management related experience having successfully managed numerous projects in the residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors under various forms of contract.
Darren has extensive experience of Stakeholder Liaison and Communication developing excellent team building skills with Clients, Consultants, Sub Contractors, Suppliers and Local Authorities and proactive participation in value engineering, cost control, and risk management.
Darren holds degree in Construction Management (2016) and a degree on Quantity Surveying from IT Sligo (2021).
David holds an honours degree in Quantity Surveying from Sligo Institute of Technology Sligo. A Chartered Surveyor with over 10 years' experience, David has worked in Cost Management of Private and Public Sector Projects in both Ireland and Australia.
He has experience across a wide range of sectors, including Retail, Commercial, Commercial Fit-out, Residential and Education projects working both as a Client Quantity Surveyor and a Contractors Quantity Surveyor.
Donal holds an honours degree in Construction Economics and Management - Quantity Surveying from Dublin Institute of Technology (2004) and a Master of Business Administration from Robert Gordon University (2021).
Gerard joined Tom McNamara & Partners in 2005. He has considerable experience in large Public Sector works, with particular emphasis on Housing, Education, Health, and Refurbishment of Protected Structures.
Gerard holds an honours degree in Construction Economics and Management from Limerick Institute of Technology and is a Chartered Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

James O'Donoghue joined Tom McNamara & Partners in 2002 and has significant experience in cost management and contract administration of Construction projects across a wide range of sectors particularly Commercial, Residential, and Hospitality projects both in Ireland and the UK.
James is a commercially focused cost manager and seeks to achieve both value and quality from design solutions, by working collaboratively with Design Teams, to optimise the value of the client's asset.
James holds an honours degree in Construction Economics and Management from Limerick Institute of Technology and is a Chartered Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Joe brings a wealth of experience and takes a pragmatic approach to the delivery and handover of projects on behalf of Clients.
John is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 19 years' experience in Contract Administration and Cost Management of Private and Public Sector projects in Ireland and Australia on several large-scale projects, including mixed-use developments, offices, Data Centres, hospitals, educational, public buildings and residential developments.
John holds degree in Quantity Surveying from Limerick Institute of Technology (2003) and is a Chartered Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Margaret has 28 years of experience in the cost management and contract administration of Commercial, Residential, Refurbishment, Educational, Hospitality and Leisure projects in Ireland and the USA.
Margaret holds degree in Quantity Surveying from Heriot-Watt University and is a Chartered Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
