He has an industrious work ethic with an innovative approach to problem solving, and his enthusiasm for expanding his knowledge enables him to further connect with people of all walks of life. Prior to working at Tri-Oak Consulting Group, Felipe completed an internship at a real estate/development company, sourced and successfully completed a house flip project, and has had extensive experience as an auto broker. Felipe earned his B.S in Finance with a Concentration in Real Estate from The University of Alabama at Birmingham and is also Bloomberg Certified.

Gregory Fitzgerald - Founder, President

Greg Fitzgerald is the founder and president of Tri-Oak Consulting Group. With more than 20 years of results driven business and high touch sales experience, Greg is the creative force behind the organization. Greg has extensive experience in business development, lead generation and conversion, project management, and client satisfaction. He is known for his ability to impact business performance and his commitment to creating innovative solutions for his clients. Greg's accomplishments include: $453 million in Net-Lease sales Sold 272+ Dollar Store and Auto Parts Stores Completed Multiple Portfolio Transactions Certified Commercial Investment Member Designee (CCIM) Licensed in 9 states Prior to founding Tri-Oak Consulting Group, Greg was a vice president at Millco Investments, where he implemented the company framework while closing more than $80 million in retail single-tenant property dispositions and 65 real estate brokerage transactions. Greg earned his M.B.A. in Finance from DePaul University and his B.S.B.A. in Construction Management from the University of Denver.

Rutland Patterson

Rutland has experience with real estate investments, business development, and problem solving. He is known for his ability to connect with others and positively influence business and operational performance. Prior to working for Tri-Oak Consulting Group, Rutland worked as a Process Improvement Manager/Engineer at BLOX in Birmingham, Alabama. There, he was responsible for managing multi-million dollar prefab/modular healthcare projects to completion. Some key companies he worked with in the market include Encompass Healthcare, Walmart, and HCA Healthcare. Rutland earned his MBA from the University of Alabama concentrating his studies in Real Estate and Finance. He also received his B.S. and B.A. in Mathematical Statistics and Spanish.

Scott Williams

Scott has over 23 years of real estate and development experience with a focus on retail, office, land, and residential properties. Scott began investing in real estate in 1999 and has gained extensive knowledge and experience from being an owner, investor, and developer on more than 40 properties and projects. He is known for his ability to address problems professionally and deliver consistent results in a timely manner. Scott takes great pride in being an active member in his community. He served on the Gordon County Board of Education for 12 years, and he was elected to serve on the Board of Trustees of the PAGE Foundation for 3 years.
