Dr. James is an attorney and psychologist with summa cum laude doctoral degrees in both clinical and organizational psychology. He has 25 years of experience as a trial consultant and is a well-versed clinician and organizational consultant. As a trial consultant, Dr. James has worked on a wide variety of case including patent infringement, product liability, errors and omissions, breach of contract, professional liability, negligent construction, and wrongful death. He has a particular specialty: managing juror reactions in punitive damage cases. Dr. James serves as panel counsel for companies in industries whose products and services attract such claims.
