Kim is the reason it all started. He has always enjoyed providing a service to people. That's why when he started selling insurance in the late '80's it was a no-brainer. Because he has always conducted the business with the customer in mind, is why he is still doing the same thing some 25 years later.
He takes pride in knowing that at the end of the day he has done what was right for each customer. He oversee's the day-to-day operations of the company as well as still playing an active role in servicing existing customers and writing new business.
Rick has been with Tri-State Insurance since the early '90's. He has always worked out the Booneville office servicing existing customers and place new customers with multiple companies. Rick has had many knowledgeable years in the insureance industry and is capable of makeing sure that you have the coverage that you need before the unexpected takes place.
