Mr. Tucker spent his entire business career of 45 years in the administration of health and life insurance. His first ten 10 years were in underwriting, claims, and ultimately claims management for Mutual of Omaha. He is a pioneer in the third-party administrator (TPA) industry. Beginning in 1958, Mr. Tucker established a group of TPAs in the health insurance industry across the United States. He founded Tucker Administrators in 1976 that today serves as the keystone of the Tucker Administrators' health risk management operations.

Working for Tucker Administrators since 1996, Elbert is a graduate of the City College of New York. He has over 30 years of experience with systems analysis and design, data base management, programming and computer operations. He has worked as a senior consultant for two Fortune 500 banking firms, and as IT director for an international manufacturing firm in Japan. Mr. Tolson has a broad base of knowledge of all of our computer systems. He has served on the board of directors for the Charlotte chapter of the Application Systems Forum. Michelle has worked in the claims arena for over 20 years, including 6 years as a manager for a large, regional Preferred Provider Organization in North Carolina. She has worked for Tucker Administrators since 2001. Besides having a thorough knowledge of stop loss claims operations, she has extensive experience in claims system operations, quality control and auditing. Michelle also directs the Tucker Administrators' claims analysis operations that identifies potential catastrophic claims.
