In the past 22 years , Letta has been involved in Small Medium Enterprise (SME) Development circles either for skills development or business development purposes. Her passion in local economic development started at a tender age, especially coming from a business family. Letta has headed a many enterprise programmes as a Managing and Strategic Director until 2012 when ventures into a private skills development practitioner , the company now known as Mabuya Business Development Services cc., where she currently serves as a director. Letta has in her own capacity participated in various awards, namely 2nd Prize Woman of the Year 1995 , Best Facilitator 1999, Most Productive Service Provider 2012 , to mention but a few. She attended SME Consulting in Japan - JICA and has an opportunity to attend SME Mentorship Programme in India -SEBRAE.

Currently Stan is involved in coaching of young entrepreneurs in the EC province who benefitted from the Presidential Stimulus fund. These entrepreneurs have setup companies and already in a Charcoal production with FSC accreditation. Stan has an extensive financial background gained from both Public and Private sector where he worked as Financial manager and CFO. He was involved in the transition of TLC's into municipalities and was also a Project Manager for the Limpopo. Prior to end 31 July 2018, Stan was overseeing ESD initiatives emanating from the contract with Transnet. These were all designed to advance continuous improvement, competitive advantage and profitable growth of the previously disadvantaged communities and small business with specific reference to EME's, QSE's and Start Ups . In his capacity as a Compliance Auditor Stan managed the tender processes of over R100 million per tender, with a cumulative total in excess of R20billion. Contract. This role was a real time compliance audit ensuring fairness as determined by the PPPFA, PFMA, MFMA,etc., and other procurement and governance prescriptions in South Africa. Stan is a former part-time lecturer at the Regenesys School of Business and CAMISSA Human Capital, has trained on various Financial Management Courses, including budget processes and SCM courses. While occupying the Financial Manager and Chief Financial Officer positions in various organizations he directed accounting functions for newly established organizations and set up financial systems and reporting procedure.
