Our network is built around four Point of Presence into Tier 4 data centers to ensure complete fault tolerance, redundancy for every component and 99.995% average uptime... It all started in 2008 when we wanted to provide a local Support number to our wholesale SIP trunk customers, to reach our support staff in Bangalore. We end up owning the problem and started VirtualGlobalPhone with just 4 countries USA, Canada, Hong Kong and Singapore in a 10 X 10 room... We are often asked what makes us different from other companies.
