Vickie's Learning Center is a home-based child care center located in Island Lake, Illinois. We are near Roberts Road and Rte 176. We provide day care for children from infant to school-age... VLC serves children from infant through school age. We understand the importance of making a decision about who should care for your child outside of your home.
