Fabianne Arias has over 18 years of experience in Construction Cost Consulting specifically with aviation type projects. As a Lead Estimator for RIB U.S. Cost, Fabianne is involved during various project stages from conceptual to detailed cost estimates. This includes meeting with owners and clients, presentation of estimates to supporting parties, providing negotiation support, and value engineering support for Miami International Airport, Fort Lauderdale International Airport, Orlando International Airport, John F. Kennedy International Airport, Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport, and Salt Lake City International Airport.
Fabianne has a passion for fashion, and in her spare time she loves to shop, spending time with her loved ones - preferably at the beach.

Glenn Wilcox has a list of achievements and recognitions from numerous clients for outstanding leadership and commitment to excellence. With over 30 years of experience, he has been a practice leader and mentor for our team in the area of preconstruction services and cost/budget management with some of the most complex capital development projects in the Aviation industry.
In his current role as Senior Vice President for RIB U.S.COST, Glenn is group leader for preconstruction and project management services. Glenn is an advocate for supporting owner organizations in establishing best practices and processes for the use of innovative technology such as BIM 5D.
Glenn is an avid sports fan and in his spare time, you can find him on the golf course.
Patrick Pedigo has over 18 years of experience providing extensive cost estimating and project management services. In just a short time, Patrick quickly proved himself to be a cost control leader and currently handles total management of projects on a daily basis.
Local to the Miami area, Patrick oversees and provides services for all types of projects including municipal, recreational, higher education, hospitals / laboratories, convention centers, museums, roadway improvements and aviation.

Steve Curran has more than 30 years of experience as a cost estimator and construction project manager with national engineering and consulting corporations, contractors, and government agencies. Since joining RIB U.S.COST in 1988, he has devoted the majority of his time both providing and overseeing cost estimating services for our largest clients, supporting them on multi-billion programs throughout the country.
Steve is currently the Vice President of Estimating with RIB U.S.COST and oversees and provides QA/QC on contracts which provide an array of services including Cost Validations, Cost Reconciliations, Design Submission Estimates, Scheduling, Claim Dispute / Resolutions, Value Engineering, and Economic Analysis.
When Steve's not cost estimating, he can be found hunting for Trout, Steelhead, Bone Fish and Tarpon with his fly rod, or restoring vintage British Motorcycles in his work shop. Other interest include fly tying, downhill skiing and golf.

After spending six years with Ford Motor Company, Suzanne joined U.S. Cost in 1999 as CFO. In 2015, she was selected to serve as CEO for North America, where her primary responsibility is continuing the development of U.S. Cost into a leading professional services firm while providing oversight to RIB Americas, the North American software division. Suzanne oversees operations and directly handles all legal, HR, insurance, and financial issues. She is also involved in global M&A activities and in investor relations.
Suzanne is committed to advancing the adoption of 5D technology for construction in the North American market and in continuing to develop RIB U.S. Cost professionals into leading experts.
