As the "Go-To-Market" Sales Engagement expert, he was responsible for defining service offerings contracts valued at over USD $50 million from key Multi National Corporations and Government organizations such as Credit Suisse/First Boston, Monetary Authority of Singapore, Port Authority of Singapore, Kodak, Virgin Mobile, Bank Thai, Ford Motor Co. and Orange Mobile Services.

Inc.
Mr. Taboné has proven capabilities to build consensus for global initiatives having led a globally disbursed (EMEA, N. America, Asia) cross-departmental organization responsible for over $250M in annual revenue.

Founder Francois Trans brings over 25+ years of High Tech experience in Telecom & Networking most recently as CEO at Sapphire Communications where he grew global operations to over 200+ employees.
As Managing Director/CFO of boutique Early Stage Venture fund Satellite Integrated Electronics (SIE) Mr. Trans leveraged his expertise in identifying new high growth emerging opportunities to successfully raise over $50M from Tier 1 Institutional Investors such as Goldman Sachs and Redwood Ventures in the funding of 4 companies with a combined value of over $300M.
His successes over the last 20+ years at the C level are a result of his demonstrated experience in assembling world class teams and his ability to drive the delivery of solutions. Mr. Trans holds a BS in Math Computer Science, an Exec MBA from Stanford and has filed many patents.
Mr. Greguras is a partner in the Palo Alto office of K&L Gates who focuses his practice on strategic issues for global software, internet, clean technology, media and life sciences companies - with an emphasis on the start-up and emerging company stages. This includes, in particular, financings of various types, M&A and a full range of other transactions in both domestic and international marketplaces.

Jerry Baca brings over 25 years' experience in the Global Supply Chain Solution Industry.
Prior to joining the ViNetworks team, Jerry held executive positions with IBM, Quantum, Gateway Computers and Diego Inc. His depth of understanding in the supply chain extends right down to the factory level, including front to back end fulfillment which adds tremendous value to all ViNetworks clients, customers and Suppliers.
While with IBM Jerry was chosen to lead the effort of publishing their first internal six sigma supplier handbook and was a key member of IBM PEC (Procurement Executive Committee) responsible for $32 Billion annually achieving a three to five percent annual take down rate during his tenure
Mr. McSorley brings over 25 years of high tech human resources experience to ViNetworks.
John has held senior management positions at Apple Computer, where he was HR Director, and as VP of HR at NVIDIA where he helped grow the company from 100 to over 3,000 employees.
As VP in his most recent work at eSilicon he managed the acquisition and integration of a 200 employee organization in Vietnam.

Larry Lau is a senior financial executive with 20 years international experience in accounting, financial, audit management and strategic business plans for multi-billion dollar corporations and technology companies.
His multi-industries experience includes: high-tech (software, wireless, hardware), biotech (bio-pharmaceutical, medical device), real estate, & venture capital.
Mr. Lau served as the Consulting CFO\Controller to YLX Corporation, GreenPower IC Lab, Xoomsys, and Bayhill Therapeutics, Elrepco and Consulting Psychologists Press.
He was co-founder\CFO to Genetrol, Inc., a biotech company with patented technology in the treatment of multiple sclerosis and hepatitis B.

He was consultant to Benchmark Capital Management, in handling its 11 funds financial reporting with valued at over $5 Billion. Benchmark's portfolio companies include eBay, Ariba, eTrade, Juniper Networks etc. He received his B.A. (Finance) from the University of Oregon, MBA (Finance) from Golden Gate University.

Vinh Do brings over 16 years of ICT and Telecommunications industry to ViNetworks. Prior to founding Hawaii-based DRFortress (acquired from Equinix in 2006) and the California-based VRTC Group
Mr. Do worked with telecom and data center firms Verizon, Pihana, and Equinix. He has been a leader in the successful data center designs for companies such as Sony Corp., MySpace, Fox Interactive Media, TicketMaster, and eHarmony. Mr. Do has extensive experience in network operations, design, and engineering gained from his collaborations in the successful implementations of rollouts for carriers such as Level3, Qwest, Global Crossing, Limelight, and Japan Telecom.
Additionally Mr. Do was instrumental in the successful launch of the DRFortress Infrastructure-as-a-Service cloud offering as well as recently managing the planning and implementation of a very large business continuity disaster recovery project.
