VJS PROPERTIES

Mr. Siciliano left the construction firm on October 31, 1974. Jim formed V-J Corporation in 1975 as a real estate development company for the purpose of acquiring and retrofitting existing properties as well as design and construct new properties to be held as long term real estate investments. VJ Corporation subsequently created a subdivision for the purpose of leasing and managing all of the company's real estate holdings. Mr. Siciliano served as President and CEO of VJ Corporation until December of 1996 when VJS Properties, LP was formed for the purpose of assuming the duties and responsibilities of V-J Corporation.
