President and Senior Consultant Roger Weaver has over forty years of experience as an educator, administrator and organizational leader. Prior to entering private practice, he served sixteen years as Headmaster and CEO of the 1130 student Crossroads School for Arts and Sciences in Santa Monica California (2009-10 operating budget: $38 million). He has served on numerous non-profit boards as both member and chair, and currently is President of The Crossroads Community Outreach Foundation. (see About Roger Weaver for further details).
