In 2007, working in conjunction with Joseph Constructions and Multiplex Constructions, VCP supplied concrete pumping services for the Newport Quays Stage 1 project in Port Adelaide. The Newport Quays project is creating a unique harbor-side comminuty, consisting of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. The project provides waterfront locations, and includes both private and public marinas. The entire project is to be completed in two stages. Stage 1, consisting of 141 apartments, is complete, and Stage 2 will comprise another 143 apartments.
