Courtney, CVT

Courtney is a certified veterinary technician who graduated from Bel-Rea Institute in 2004 and joined the Waconia Veterinary Clinic team in 2012. She enjoys traveling, reading and being outdoors. She has two cats named Boy and Girl, and two dogs named Max and Boomie.

Dr. Brad Dohm

Job Titles:
  • Veterinarian
Dr. Brad Dohm graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Veterinary School in 1992 and has been with the Waconia Veterinary Clinic since 1993. He has been a partner in the practice since 1997. His area of veterinary interest includes dentistry and ophthalmology. Dr. Dohm enjoys skiing, fishing, and motorcycling. He lives in Waconia with his wife and adult children.

Dr. Carla Kilty

Dr. Carla Kilty joined the Waconia Veterinary Clinic in 2016. She is a 2006 graduate of the University of Minnesota, School of Veterinary Medicine. Her special interests include soft tissue surgery, geriatric medicine, pain management, and megaesophagus. Outside of work Dr. Kilty enjoys spending time with family. In her free time she enjoys hiking, camping and running. She currently lives in Minnetrista and shares her home with her Labrador Comet, Astro and cats Otis, Sterling, Titan and TC. She also has a rabbit named Jellybean.

Dr. Erin Lamont

Dr. Erin Lamont is a Minnesota native, originally from Chaska. She has been a part of our team since 2019, when she worked as a veterinary assistant while attending veterinary school. Erin graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in and transitioned to her position as an associate veterinarian in June 2022. Her professional interests include companion animal preventive care, dentistry and routine surgery. Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband Kevin, hiking, horseback riding, visiting national parks, and reading books. She has a miniature american shepherd named Lindy who is trained in obedience and agility, a quarter horse named Diego, and a miniature donkey named Nacho.

Dr. Jeanne Sutich

Dr. Jeanne Sutich graduated from the University of Minnesota college of Veterinary Medicine in 1994 and has been working at the Waconia Veterinary Clinic since 1997. Her professional interests are canine sports medicine/athletic injuries, rehabilitation after orthopedic surgeries and general conditioning. In her free time, Dr. Sutich enjoys performance sports with her German Shepherd dogs in the areas of agility, obedience, tracking and rally events. She also enjoys traveling.

Dr. Kari Keehr

Dr. Kari Keehr, graduated from Iowa State University's College of Veterinary Medicine in 2004. She has been working at the Waconia Veterinary Clinic since 2005 and her professional interests are in all aspects of bovine and small ruminant medicine, especially goats. Dr. Keehr lives in Waconia with her husband, their daughter, son, and two cats. She enjoys spending time with family, gardening, running, mountain biking and reading in her spare time.

Dr. Kelly Skluzacek

Dr. Kelly Skluzacek graduated from the University of Minnesota college of Veterinary Medicine and began working at Waconia Veterinary Clinic in 2021. Her professional interests include geriatric medicine, feline respiratory disease, autoimmune skin disease, and rabbit medicine. In her free time, Dr. Skluzacek enjoys road cycling, visiting National and State parks, and home remodeling. She has two cats (Taykota and Millie) and a Holland Lop rabbit named Benji.

Dr. Mandy Harms

Dr. Mandy Harms graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in 2002. She grew up outside of Norwood and has been employed at the Waconia Veterinary Clinic since 2012. Her professional interests are companion animal internal medicine, with a special interest in dermatology. Dr. Harms lives in Cologne with her husband and three children. They have two cats (Emily and Luna), and a Beagle name Clutch.

Dr. Shayne Marker

Dr. Shayne Marker graduated from Iowa State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1997. He has been a partner at Waconia Veterinary Clinic since 2002. His focus is large animal production medicine. He is also available for companion animal appointments in the clinic. Dr. Marker and his family live in Waconia. Ivy, is his German Wirehair hunting companion. He finds time for hunting and fishing and has always enjoyed coaching his children's sport teams.

Erin, CVT

Job Titles:

Erin, a certified veterinary technician, graduated from Ridgewater College. She has been employed at the Waconia Veterinary Clinic since 2006. She has a passion for performing dentistry services for our patients. She is married and has two children.  She has a German Shepherd/Husky mix named Lambeau, three cats (Axel, Skye and Midnight), and one hamster.

Melissa, CVT

Lisa joined Waconia Veterinary Clinic as a client services representative in 2015. In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding, motorcycle riding, hunting, and spending time with family. She has a yellow lab named KC, two quarter horses, JR and Shaq, and many barn cats. Elizabeth is a certified small and large animal veterinary technician who graduated from Argosy University in 2006. She has been employed by Waconia Veterinary Clinic since 2001. In her free time, she enjoys time with friends and family, mountain biking and hiking. She has a dog named Stella and a cat named Cardi. Melissa is a certified veterinary technician who joined Waconia Veterinary Clinic in 2015. She graduated from Ridgewater College in 2000. A few of her favorite things include: her twin children, Christmas time, smooshy faced bulldogs, camping with family and tending to her flower garden. Her dogs are Moxie, Dixie, Wally, and Ernie. Her cats are Gilbert, Max (a.k.a. Maxine Flufferton), Tippy and Tinker, as well as her working cats: Howard, Raj, Mustachio and Dino. Needless to say, never a dull moment at Melissa's!
