Ana started with The Vroman Group in August 2022. Ana is a part of our accounting department and assists with processing and performing bookkeeping services for clients. Ana enjoys the friendly work environment and staff at TVG.
Arianna started with The Vroman Group in March 2023. She is a part of our accounting department and assists with processing and performing bookkeeping services for clients. Ariana enjoys the friendly work environment and staff at TVG.
Chelsea has been with The Vroman Group for four years. She helps prepare tax returns for individuals and business, with hopes of seeking her CPA certification. Chelsea enjoys working in a positive, team-oriented environment as well as learning from her colleagues.
Connor has been with The Vroman Group for 1 year. Connor recently obtained his CPA certification and is looking forward to putting it to use. Connor continues to assist in the preparation of individual and business tax returns and enjoys the collaborative and friendly environment at The Vroman Group.
Heather has been with The Vroman Group for 3 years as one of our administrative assistants as well as helping with tax preparation. Heather has enjoyed learning from and working with our clients as well as other staff members at TVG. Heather appreciates the environment created by her co-workers and looks forward to building even more relationships with clients.
Jim brings over 40 years of experience to the firm and enjoys a strong reputation in the Greater Des Moines market area. He has particular expertise in providing business and tax consulting services to industries as well as advising professionals with tax planning and business strategies. Jim has always recognized the need to prioritize turning his clients' financial goals into realities. His energetic, proactive style has made him a valuable asset to his clients.
Jeff brings over 25 years of experience to the firm and has had the opportunity to learn his skills by practicing with Jim over the last 20 years. Jeff works primarily with small to medium sized businesses and their individual owners on tax planning and various business strategies. Jeff believes in a long term approach to planning by taking into account clients overall goals and objectives before making recommendations on actions.
Kim oversees our Accounting Services department. Kim has over 30 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting services and 10 years of tax return preparation experience. She also has been working the last 16 years helping small business with their QuickBooks set-up and questions. Kim appreciates the needs of each client and effectively assists them with developing skills to manage their financial records.
Mark has been with the firm for 14 years and has appreciated having the opportunity to learn from, and work with, his family and the other members of TVG. He helps business owners and individuals with their income tax, accounting, and tax planning needs. Mark enjoys building strong relationships with his clients and focuses his efforts on putting their best interests first.
Michael has been with The Vroman Group for 7 years as a CPA and has over 12 years accounting experience in the Des Moines Market. He has really enjoyed his time with The Vroman Group and embraces their team approach in meeting the client's needs. Michael enjoys working with individual and small business clients to achieve their tax and financial goals.
Mindy has been with The Vroman Group for 8 years as one of our Administrative Assistants. Mindy performs a variety of tasks such as, communicating with clients, organizing information for the firm, and assisting our CPA's with tax preparation. Mindy enjoys building relationships with clients and getting to work with the staff at TVG.
Nate has been with The Vroman Group for 1 year. Nate assists in preparing tax returns for our individual and business clients. Nate enjoys the tight-knit and friendly feeling the firm has between co-workers.
Patty has been with The Vroman Group for 1 year. Patty helps the firm with a number of things including assisting CPA's with tax preparation, organizing information and communicating with Clients. Patty enjoys the collaborative work environment TVG provides, as well as cheering on the Cyclones!
Tracie has been with The Vroman Group for 6 years and is our Firm Administrator. Tracie helps with the everyday operations of the company as well as provides additional support to the professional staff. She assists with new services and initiatives that we wish to implement going forward. Tracie enjoys working with our staff and helping reach our goal of always putting our clients first.
Zachary has been with The Vroman Group for 3 years. Zachary recently recieved his EA(Enrolled Agent) certification. Zachary helps our tax team prepare tax returns for individuals and businesses. Zachary has enjoyed working in a business environment that also has a team aspect.
