E. Lloyd Willcox, II

E. Lloyd Willcox II was born in Florence, South Carolina on April 27, 1965. Mr. Willcox is a native of Florence and has served on the vestry of St. John's Episcopal Church. He is a past President of the Florence Regional Arts Alliance and the Florence Kiwanis Club, and is President of the Board of the Florence Museum and served on the Florence Little Theater Board and Still Hopes Retirement Community Board in Cayce, SC. Mr. Willcox served as an elected member of the S.C. Humanities Council Board of Directors. Mr. Willcox is a part-time municipal Judge for the City of Florence.

Hugh L. Willcox

Hugh L. Willcox, Jr. was born in Florence, South Carolina on February 27, 1946. Hugh's grandfather, Fred L. Willcox, was one of the firm's founders. He has been recognized by the American Board of Trial Advocates, which made him a Fellow in 2001, for his extensive and respected trial work. Mr. Willcox formerly served on the Board of Directors of Peoples Federal Savings and Loan Association, Board of Directors of First Federal of Charleston, Board of Directors of First Financial Holdings, Chairman of the Board of First Southeast Insurance Services Inc., and most recently the Southern Advisory Board for South State Bank.

Mark W. Buyck, Jr. is a member of the Florence County, South Carolina, and American Bar Associations, and is a past-president of the S. C. Defense Trial Attorneys Association. He is a permanent member of the U. S. Fourth Circuit Judicial Conference, former United States Attorney for South Carolina, and past-chairman of USC Law School Association. Buyck is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in South Carolina, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a former member of the Federation of Insurance and Corporate Counsel and the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel and a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is past-president of the S. C. Chapter of ABOTA and a former member of its national board of directors. Buyck is past-chairman of the National College of District Attorneys Committee of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a former regent and vice president of the National College of District Attorneys. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with an A.B. in Journalism in 1956 and its law school in 1959. He is a former member of the Board of Trustees of the University of South Carolina, serving as past-chairman of Academic Affairs, Building and Grounds, Athletic and Architectural Review Committees. He was a USC Trustee for 28 years. He was named Distinguished Alumni by the USC Alumni Association in 2005 and received an honorary degree from Carolina at the May 2008 graduation. He is a former member of the Board of Visitors of USC, Francis Marion University, and Winthrop College. He received an Honorary Degree from Francis Marion University. Mark is a past-president of the Greater USC Alumni Association and formerly was a member of the state board governing South Carolina' Technical College System. Mr. Buyck has been active in civic affairs, serving as president of the Florence Rotary Club, the Florence Country Club, and the Florence Little Theatre. He was one of the founders of the Florence Heritage Foundation and the first chairman of its board. Mr. Buyck is past President of the South Carolina Historical Society. He served for a decade on the initial Advisory Board of the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. He is a former member of the Executive Committee of the S.C.State Bar Foundation. He has been honored by two Governors of South Carolina with the Order of the Palmetto, the state's highest award, and has been listed in all published editions of the Best Lawyers in America. He received the prestigious honor of the Judge Hemphill award for distinguished service to the profession and the public by the S.C. Defense Trial Attorneys Association and the Compleat Lawyer award by the USC Law School. In 2006 he was presented the Distinguished Alumni Award by the University of South Carolina and in 2008 he received an Honorary Doctor of Laws degree from the USC School of Law. Buyck is a member of the Board of Directors of The Bank of Clarendon and serves on the Board of Trustees and as Secretary of Drs. Bruce and Lee Foundation. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the S.C. Ports Authority. Mark W. Buyck, III is a native of Florence although he was born in Istanbul, Turkey, while his parents were living abroad and his father was serving as a military Judge Advocate. While in law school at the University of South Carolina he was a member of Delta Theta Phi and the Palmetto Legal Society. He is a member of the U.S.C. Board of Visitors and President of the Palmetto Trust for Historic Preservation. He is the former Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of South Carolina Protection and Advocacy for People with Disabilities and served as chairman of the Grievance Committee. Mark is a popular speaker on employment related issues. Mark is Treasurer of the Florence Heritage Foundation and Chairman of the Board of the Friends of the Florence Stockade, a national organization devoted to research and preservation of the Florence Stockade. Buyck is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Florence Chamber of Commerce and past General Counsel. He is a Director of the Florence-Darlington Technical College Foundation, Past Chairman of Florence City/County Civic Center Commission, the Palmetto Chapter Washington & Lee Alumni Association, Past President of the Florence Rotary Club, and a member of the Coker College Board of Visitors. In 1996 and 2000 he was a delegate to the Republican National Convention and is former Chairman of the Florence County GOP.

Reynolds Williams

Reynolds Williams was born in Mullins, South Carolina on May 15, 1946. Reynolds Williams served in Vietnam where he was awarded the Bronze Star and the Combat Infantry Badge. Williams served as Legislative Assistant to United States Congressman Ed Young and to Senator Strom Thurmond. From 1975 to 1977 he was an Assistant U.S. Attorney. Williams joined the Willcox Law Firm in 1977 and became its CEO in 1990. He has been Chairman of many Arbitration Panels of the National Association of Securities Dealers, the American Arbitration Association, and the Duke Private Adjudication Center. Reynolds is recognized as one of the Leading Lawyers in America and The Best Lawyers in America in the books bearing those titles and in 2008 was named one of South Carolina's "Super Lawyers." In 1999 Governor Beasley awarded Reynolds the Order of the Palmetto, the State's highest honor, for his public service, civic responsibility, and friendship to South Carolina. In 2001 Williams was named Business Person of the Year by the Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce. In 2008 the USC School of Law named him a "Compleat Lawyer" for 30 years of exemplary service and in 2009 S.C. Lawyers Weekly profiled him as one of the State's "Leaders in the Law." Florence Darlington Technical College honored him with induction into its inaugural Entrepreneurs Hall of Fame in 2015.

Tracy Wright was born in Conway, South Carolina on January 13, 1964. Wright was an adjunct professor at Horry Georgetown Technical College from 1993 to 1997. She has been an Assistant Vice-President of Anderson Brothers Bank. Since 1993 she has been in the private practice of law. Tracy is an authorized agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company and First Eastern Carolina Title Agency. She is the partner in charge of the Willcox Law Firm's coastal office, located in Surfside Beach, SC. She and well-experienced staff are committed to the prompt, efficient settlement of real estate transactions throughout Horry and Georgetown counties. Ms Wright has handled thousands of real estate and mortgage lending transactions, in which she prides herself upon the ability to solve problems which would otherwise frustrate the intent not only of the buyer and the seller but also of the lender.
