Jennifer Swick is the co-founder of Wheelhouse 20/20, a business development company established in 2010 that focuses solely on the building supply channel. As an innovative leader in the building industry, Jennifer has more than 25 years of business development experience specializing in the areas of strategic positioning and marketing campaign development.
Before starting Wheelhouse 20/20, Jennifer enjoyed a 17-year career with Parr Lumber Company, the 12 th largest building supplier in the nation at the time, where she served as a member of the executive leadership team. During her tenure with Parr, Jennifer held the positions of operations manager of Parr Lumber's Cabinet & Appliance Distribution Center, sales manager for Parr Lumber's nine Design Center locations, and advertising and marketing director for The Parr Company. In her role as marketing director for Parr Lumber, Jennifer founded Parr Marketing Group, Parr Lumber's in-house advertising agency. Her responsibilities included communications, branding, merchandising, strategic positioning, advertising, and promotional marketing. Jennifer was instrumental in developing The Parr High Performance System® and GET REAL®, two programs designed to simplify green building and the process of choosing environmentally friendly products.
Jennifer's background in operations, sales, and marketing provides her with the unique ability to seamlessly integrate marketing into the fabric of sales. Blending innovation, common sense, and an unwavering focus on strategic planning and positioning, Jennifer finds inspiration by identifying solutions and creating opportunities from everyday challenges.
