Dan Mullen

Dan Mullen is living proof that "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree". His dad, Robert Mullen, was also a property manager, and Dan naturally fell into his father's footsteps to become the family's second generation in the industry. Dan has managed communities in Los Angeles, CA as well as Wayne, Oakland and Livingston Counties of Michigan. With more than 20 year's experience in multi-family property management, Dan Mullen is a well-rounded professional with a proven track record. Dan obtained a Michigan Real Estate Salesperson license in 2000. His background includes renovation of property assets, financial and budget preparation, reserve study preparation, pro-active customer service, contract administration, and development of preventative maintenance programs.

Ed Beck - COO

Ed is Director of Operations for Whitehall and has been with the company since its start in 1999. During his tenure with Whitehall he has worked on all aspects of Community Association Management, Commercial Property Management and Commercial Real Estate Development. In 2008 Ed spearheaded Whitehall's selection and installation of the company's new software which is designed for community associations and their specific needs. A key component of the software is the ability of the Board of Directors and Co-Owners to directly access Association information online 24/7. Ed continues to work closely with property managers, accounting personnel, property assistants and community association members to further increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ed was born and raised in the State of Michigan and moved to the metro Detroit area after he earned his bachelor's degree from Michigan State University. Prior to working for Whitehall Ed spent 5 years working in marketing before going to work as an assistant for 3 years with a Detroit area real estate developer and property manager.

Gary has been intentional in his well planned incremental growth of Whitehall Community Management to maintain the highest standards while striving to improve performance and develop a committed staff of professionals.
