Alvaro R. Soto - Chief Compliance Officer, Managing Director

Alvaro Soto joined White Wolf Capital in July 2023 as Chief Compliance Officer and Managing Director. Prior to joining White Wolf, Alvaro worked at ACA Group, a leading compliance, risk, and governance consulting firm. At ACA, Alvaro served as a Director and member of the U.S. Regulatory practice leadership, working with registered investment advisers, particularly managers of hedge funds, funds of funds, private credit and private equity funds, to risk assess, and develop and implement compliance programs that address identified risks and meet the requirements of the Advisers Act and industry standards and expectations. Prior to ACA, Alvaro worked in the National Exam Program of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and before the SEC, Alvaro held positions with the Federal Reserve and the U.S. Department of the Navy. Alvaro earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from George Washington University and a Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) cum laude from the University of Puerto Rico, majoring in Finance and Accounting. In addition to his responsibilities with the overall management of White Wolf's compliance and risk functions, Alvaro is a key member of White Wolf's Private Funds Diligence team, being actively involved in the operational due diligence of potential private fund investments.

Andres Gutierrez - Managing Director

Andres Gutierrez is a Managing Director at WWC Operations LLC. Andres initially joined White Wolf Capital in January 2017 as an Associate on the Private Equity investment team. In January 2023, Andres transitioned to the Portfolio Operations Group where he focuses on sourcing and executing add-on acquisitions for portfolio companies as well as implementing and overseeing operational improvements. Prior to joining White Wolf Capital, Andres worked at Houlihan Lokey and Deloitte. Andres graduated Magna Cum Laude with dual degrees in Finance and Accounting from Florida International University. Andres passed the Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Examination. Andres was also a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of New York (inactive) and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the CFA Institute. Andres was also previously registered with FINRA as a General Securities Representative (Series 63) and a Limited Representative - Investment Banking (Series 79).

Armando Donado - CFO, Managing Director

Armando Donado is currently the Chief Financial Officer of White Wolf Capital. Armando joined White Wolf Capital in June 2020 as Vice President, Finance & Administration. Prior to joining White Wolf, Armando worked at Cherry Bekaert, LLP leading and managing tax engagements for a variety of clients including private equity and real estate funds, as well as foreign individuals and corporations investing in domestic private funds. Armando graduated from Florida International University with a BSc in Accounting as well as a Master of Accounting, Specialization in Tax. Armando has also completed the Wharton Finance for Executives program, under the Wharton Executive Education platform. Armando is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Armando has also passed the Chartered Alternative Investment Association (CAIA) Level I Examination. Armando is responsible for the overall management of the firm's core corporate functions, including leading the finance, accounting, tax and administrative functions at White Wolf.

Blake Conner - Managing Director

Blake Conner is a Managing Director focused on Private Equity investing at White Wolf Private Equity Management LLC. Prior to joining White Wolf Capital in March 2020, Blake held roles at RBC Capital Markets in Industrials Investment Banking and Leveraged Finance Capital Markets. Prior to joining RBC Capital Markets, Blake began his career at Raymond James where he completed a capital markets rotational program and was an Analyst within the investment bank. Additionally, Blake served as a White House intern in the Office of Public Liaison in Spring of 2007. Blake holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Stetson University.

Bryson Vargas - VP

Bryson Vargas is a Vice President focused on Private Credit investing at White Wolf Private Credit Management LLC. Prior to joining White Wolf Capital in August 2021, Bryson worked at J.P. Morgan as an Associate in the Syndicated Finance Group where he was responsible for the origination, structuring, and distribution of syndicated credit facilities supporting leveraged and sponsor-backed clients. Prior to that, Bryson was an Analyst in J.P. Morgan's Credit Investment Banking Division. Bryson also previously worked in Corporate and Investment Banking Credit at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey as an Analyst. Bryson received a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business.

Chadwick Thompson

Prior to joining White Wolf Capital in August 2023, Chad worked at Barclays Investment Bank as an Associate in the Equity Syndicate Group where he originated, structured and priced equity new issuance offerings for corporations and financial sponsors. Prior to that, Chadwick was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Barclays. Thompson received his Bachelor of Arts in Biotechnology from Indiana University.

Corry Doyle

Corry Doyle joined White Wolf Capital in April 2015 as a member of the Advisory Board and became a Managing Director with the firm in October 2015. Corry oversees the firm's Private Equity Operations group and plays a lead role in managing the firm's Portfolio Company Advisors. Corry also serves on the board of several White Wolf Portfolio Companies. Prior to joining White Wolf, Corry worked at Remington Outdoor Company (a Cerberus Capital Management portfolio company), Cerberus Capital Management, and General Electric. Corry graduated Summa Cum Laude with a triple major in Finance, Marketing, and Management from the University of Kentucky where he was a varsity letterman on the football team. Corry is also a graduate of General Electric's Financial Management Program.

Don Ronchi

Don Ronchi joined White Wolf Capital in July 2012 as a member of the Advisory Board and became a Managing Director with the firm in January 2013. Don serves on the board of several White Wolf Portfolio Companies. Prior to joining White Wolf, Don held executive positions at Cerberus Capital Management, Raytheon Company, and General Electric. Don also has held academic appointments in the business schools of The Ohio State University, the University of Chicago, and La Universidad De Carabobo (Venezuela). Don earned his Masters and Doctorate degrees from Cornell University and the University of Chicago, respectively.

Elias Nohra

Elias joined White Wolf in December 2020 as Managing Director of White Wolf Capital Canada Inc. to lead the firm's expansion efforts in the Canadian market. Prior to joining White Wolf, Elias spent 15 years in private equity and investment banking at leading financial institutions, such as Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), CIBC Capital Markets, Raymond James and Société Générale. At CDPQ (Canada's second largest pension fund), Elias was a Senior Director in the Private Equity, Infrastructure Investments Group. He worked on both private equity transactions as well as overall portfolio management. Elias has a BS from Univeriste Saint Joseph, an MBA from the Lebanese American University. He is also a CFA Charterholder since 2005.

Elie P. Azar - CEO, Chief Investment Officer, Founder

Elie P. Azar is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of White Wolf Capital and its affiliates. Prior to founding White Wolf Capital and its affiliates, Elie worked at Cerberus Capital Management, Ernst & Young's M&A Transaction Advisory group and Arthur Andersen. Elie has an MBA from Cornell University and a BA from the American University of Beirut. Elie holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter and has also passed the U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Examination as well as the Chartered Alternative Investment Association (CAIA) Level I Examination. Elie is a member of the CFA Institute and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Elie manages the overall business of White Wolf Capital and its affiliates.

Joe Fleres

Joe Fleres joined White Wolf Capital in November 2020 and is currently a Vice President managing and overseeing the firm's various administrative functions. Prior to White Wolf, Joe graduated the Miami-Dade School of Justice, Police Academy in 1998 and subsequently served the Miami community as a police officer for 22 years. During his tenure as a law enforcement officer, Joe was assigned to various units, including the Street Crimes Unit, Internal Affairs Investigations Unit, Internal Affairs Anti-Corruption Unit, Traffic Homicide Unit, and retired while serving as the Community Team Leader. Joe has earned numerous commendations and awards, and holds 30 specialized training certificates from several Federal, State, and local law enforcement training institutes. Joe continues to be an active member with the Fraternal Order of Police and the Dade County Retired Police Officer's Council.

Jonathan Satter - COO, Managing Director

Jonathan Satter joined White Wolf Capital in July 2021 as a Senior Advisor and a member of the firm's Advisory Board. In April 2022, Jonathan became the firm's Chief Operating Officer and a Managing Director. Prior to joining White Wolf, Jonathan served as the Secretary of the Florida Department of Management Services, reporting to Governor Ron DeSantis. As Chief Operating Officer of the state government, Jonathan oversaw the business, workforce, and technology operations of Florida government for the $100 billion enterprise while overseeing a team of over 100,000 members. Prior to his public service, Jonathan led two companies from startup to exit, with one exit to a NYSE public company and the other one to a private equity backed professional services platform. Jonathan Satter received his AB from Rollins College and MBA from Nova University.

Jordan Earnheardt - VP

Judd Kohn

Judd Kohn joined White Wolf Private Credit Management LLC in April 2021 as Managing Director and Head of Private Credit Enterprise Lending Solutions. Prior to joining White Wolf, Judd worked at First Merchants Bank in its Sponsor Finance Group. At First Merchants, Judd was responsible for establishing the Southeast Region, and led the deal process on numerous lower middle-market credit opportunities. Prior to joining First Merchants Bank, Judd worked at CIBC Bank USA. At CIBC Judd was a Managing Director who was responsible for establishing relationships with lower middle-market and middle-market businesses and private equity firms. Across Judd's 14-year career, he sourced, underwrote, and executed over $2.0 billion in lower middle-market and middle-market private credit transactions. Judd has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University (Ohio). Judd is an integral member of the Company's investment and leadership team, and manages the day-to-day activities of White Wolf Private Credit, including execution of due diligence processes for each investment, managing deal flow and origination activities, and playing a key role in fundraising activities.

Rahul Hukeri

Rahul Hukeri joined White Wolf Capital in June 2021 as Managing Director and Head of Private Funds. Rahul leads the firm's Private Fund's investment strategy. He is also responsible for Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting function, overseeing all direct and indirect investments. Rahul has over 16 years of experience in the areas of finance, accounting, portfolio management, and alternative asset valuation. Before joining White Wolf, Rahul was a Principal at KKR in its Private Markets group where he oversaw firm-wide portfolio company valuations and played a key role in overseeing portfolio company reporting for KKR. Before KKR, Rahul worked at Centerbridge Partners, Apollo Global Management, and Cerberus Capital Management. Rahul is an integral member of the Company's investment and leadership team, where he focuses on credit portfolio management, valuation, and general oversight, as well as the execution of due diligence activities. Rahul will play a key role in managing the post-transaction reporting relationships for private credit. In addition, Rahul will serve as a director (or observer) on portfolio company boards across the credit portfolio. Rahul has an MBA from NYU's Leonard N. Stern School of Business and is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Richard Leggio II

Richard Leggio is Managing Director of White Wolf Private Equity Management LLC. Richard joined White Wolf Capital in March 2018 as Vice President. Prior to joining White Wolf, Richard worked at Centerbridge Partners, a global private equity firm and distressed debt hedge fund. Prior to joining Centerbridge Partners, Rich worked at J.P. Morgan and Cerberus Capital Management. Richard has an MBA and BA from Adelphi University (New York). Richard plays a key role in managing the overall private equity team, assisting leadership in the allocation of capital and internal resources as well as overseeing the overall private equity portfolio.

Sean Lafferty

Sean Lafferty joined WWC Operations, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of White Wolf Capital Group, Inc. in June 2023. Sean started his career in the semiconductor industry, consulting for companies including Apple, Qualcomm, and Intel. In 2013 he took a position as President of LCP Machine, an Aerospace and Defense focused precision machining company. After a period of rapid growth, Sean led the process of selling the company to Consolidated Machine & Tool (CMT) (a White Wolf Capital portfolio company) and subsequently took the role of CFO of CMT in 2019. Working alongside White Wolf, he operationally executed seven add-on acquisitions in one year which significantly increased the organization's size before moving into the CEO role of the company. Sean is now an Operating Executive and Transaction Integration Lead on the White Wolf team focused on integrating other platform companies in the portfolio.
