Christopher Culberson

Chris has more than 20 years of experience in the water utility industry. He spent eight years in the construction and upgrade of water and sewer treatment plants and then more than 12 years in operation and maintenance of water distribution and treatment systems. Chris is responsible for regulatory compliance and reporting for the Northern MA and New Hampshire regions. Chris has been the Water Works Commissioner for the Town of Pembroke since 2004.

David H. White - Chairman, President, Treasurer

Although David was introduced to the company at a very young age, his official start was in 1967. He was named President and CEO of R.H. White Construction in 1989, succeeding his father Leonard to become the third successful generation to operate the company. David has set a course of continued profitable growth for the company while maintaining its reputation as a recognized leader in our industry.

Eric has nearly 20 years of experience with utility management, operation, and maintenance. In 2024 he was named General Manager of WhiteWater, Inc. In this position he oversees all operations through a staff of senior managers, operations and maintenance managers as well as more than 70 field crew members serving our Northeast region. WhiteWater currently provides water operator services to 300 water suppliers, and 135 wastewater facilities, and provides operating assistance to 30 communities.

Jared joined The R.H White Companies as an Assistant Project Manager in 2006 as part of its Utility Construction Division and fulfilled the subsequent roles of Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Executive until 2019. There he developed his knowledge of water, sewer, drain, steam, and natural gas facilities by managing teams to design, build, replace, and repair our Customer's systems. In 2019 he transitioned into his current role in WhiteWater where he continues to service our clients by leading our Compliance and Operations Support Team, managing statewide public water systems, and providing project management support to facility modifications.
