My name is Adrian Donnell Ferguson. I was a faithful member of YES Opportunities, Inc. while attending Morehouse College where I graduated with a B.A. in Political Science in May of 2006. After graduation I began working for the Department of Defense. I am currently working for a Marketing Firm in Falls Church, Virginia called Cause Marketing Solutions. It has the largest client base in the country. I work with fortune 500 businesses like Midas, Goodyear, Papa Johns just to name a few, to the local mom and pop establishments in the Northern Virginia area. I enjoy what I do because work with the diverse group of people, I have an opportunity to be creative, and I am providing a service to the community.
I am eternally thankful for YES Opportunities, Inc. I feel as though this organization has played a critical role in my transition from adolescents to adulthood. The encouragement that was bestowed upon me by YES Opportunities, Inc. opened my mind to new horizons and gave me the confidence to pursue my dreams.
As a "Morehouse Man" I am reminded of what Dr. Benjamin Elijah Mays, former President of Morehouse College use to say. Dr. Mays would fervently proclaim, "In all things that you do, do them so well that no man living, no man dead, no man yet to be born could ever do it better." YES Opportunities, Inc. instills this kind of ideology in their students. It is because of YES Opportunitiesm Inc. that I may one day be able to grow tall enough to wear my crown of excellence!

Mrs. Virginia L. Brown Castro- Native of Warfield, Virginia. Completed her secondary education in Newark, New Jersey. Retired Food Lab Technician.
Patricia Anne Holmes - Chairperson, is a native of Washington, PA; and currently resides in Hernando, Florida. She is a retired Educator. Patricia has a BS Degree in Music Education from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, PA and a MAT Degree in Early Childhood Education, Trinity College, Washington, DC. She has done additional graduate studies at the University of MD, College Park, Maryland. Pat is also director/pianist for the Chancel Choir at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church, Crystal River, Florida. She is also a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Patricia works very closely with the President/Founder, planning and implementing various projects for YES. Theodore Holmes, her husband, is also very supportive and works very closely implementing all projects for YES.

He is a graduate of University of Maryland University College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a Masters degree in Media Production from Regent University. He and his wife, Dana M.J. Cobbs (danacobbs@yesopportunities.org ), reside in Northeast North Carolina. As members of Mount Lebanon Missionary Baptist Church in Chesapeake, VA, they are active participants in the Media Ministry. Their respective professions are in media (Preston- a media production manager) and web technology (Dana- online university professor). Dana serves as Webmaster and Technical Advisor for YES and the Board of Directors. She holds Bachelor and Masters of Science degrees in Computer Science from Norfolk State University and The College of William and Mary, respectively. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Rev. Dr. Faye S. Gunn- In addition to receiving Bachelor's degree from Norfolk State University in Norfolk, Virginia, Rev. Gunn also has received a Masters of Arts in Secondary Education Administration, Bowie State University, Bowie, Maryland; Masters of Divinity, School of Theology, Virginia Union University, Richmond, Virginia; and Doctor of Ministry Degree, Wesley Theological Seminary, Washington, DC. Retired Assistant Minister of Alfred Street Baptist Church in Alexandria, Virginia.
