Wolfe Development was founded in 1994 by Kelly and Jennifer Wolfe and the company's daily operations are still the responsibility of the Wolfes. Kelly lays out each foundation and is in charge of the entire building process, from breaking ground through the final punch list. He makes sure the company's high quality standards are met throughout construction... Wolfe Development is proud to be a family-run small business. We build new homes and apartments, develop residential neighborhoods, and manage residential and commercial rentals in and around Jonesborough and Johnson City, Tennessee... With each home we sell, Wolfe Development provides a one-year warranty on workmanship and materials, a two-year systems warranty, and a 10-year structural warranty. Each purchaser receives a Homeowner's Manual to explain maintenance and warranties on their new home. Our dedicated customer service personnel are happy to help!
