Adam is Vice President of World Risk Management. Adam is responsible for client engagement strategy, relationship management, risk management advisory services and future growth initiatives for the firm. Prior to joining WRM, Adam leads a Property & Casualty Practice for a national privately held broker for their Florida operations. During his 11+ year tenure with this firm he also helped lead their public risk practice with a direct client management role of over a 100 public entities and schools within the Midwest. Adam is married and a proud father of 3 boys. He is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and 3-year captain of the University Golf Team. He holds several industry designations which include: Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) Commercial Insurance Counselor (CIC) Certified Risk Manager (CRM) Certified School Risk Manager (CSRM) Adam holds his 1-20 Surplus Lines License in addition to his 2-20 Property & Casualty License.

Andy has been vice president of World Risk Management since its inception. Andy is responsible for the marketing, reinsurance & day to day interaction of public entity clients. Prior to joining World Risk Management, Andy worked for a national brokerage firm for 22 years. Andy spent the earlier years working in the London insurance marketplace where he specialized in both U.S. & U.K. public entity business. Andy transferred to Orlando in 2001 and has concentrated on Florida public entity business ever since. Andy studied Business at Redbridge College in England.

Joshua is a Vice President with World Risk Management. He is responsible for risk management advisory services, marketing, relationship management and future growth initiatives for the firm. Prior to joining WRM, Joshua worked for a large national Third-Party Administrator for 15 years. He spent his early years in various claims administration and claims management roles before transitioning to a Senior Account Executive role. There, he was responsible for the acquisition and implementation of new business accounts as well managing the firm's delivery of service and assisting clientele in retooling and enhancing their existing claims control protocols. Joshua is married and the proud father to daughter, Maddison. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing. and scuba diving.

Michele has served as World Risk Management's (WRM) President & Managing Director since its inception in February 2007. As President, Michele is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation and management of the company and its employees. Prior to starting WRM, Michele worked for a national brokerage firm for 15 years. Most recently she worked at the Vice President of Operations for the local branch. Michele spent the majority of those years servicing the insurance and risk management needs of public entities in the State of Florida. She has extensive experience in all facets of property and casualty insurance, especially as it relates to governmental entities. In addition, she spent the last 5 years in management and human resources for the company. Michele is a 1991 graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Finance.
