YOKO JOHANNSEN

began her piano studies at the age of three in Tokyo. There, she later studied at the "TOHO-Gakuen High-School of Music" and the "TOHO-Gakuen College of Music"... From 1999 on, she studied solo piano with Prof. Gabriele Kupfernagel as well as chamber music with Prof. Walter Olbertz at the "Hochschule fuer Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin". In 2002 she graduated with the highest distinction.
