Ms. Rubin's educational background is diverse and includes education from Paracelsus School Berlin, School of Fine Art Berlin, Intercollage Moscow-San Francisco, Letter Verein Berlin, Freie Universität Berlin, and German Abitur. As the office manager, Ms. Rubin brings Zitser Family Law Group a business background spanning over 35 years in management, enabling her to foster and support the firm's efficiency and a structured and seamless workflow. She is dedicated to ensuring that ZFLG clients receive exceptional support and attention. Ms. Rubin speaks English, Russian, German, and Italian. She enjoys painting, being a vegan chef, and singing and was a recording artist with Warner Brothers Germany, WEA, in the 1980s.

Ms. Diana P. Zitser - Founder

Ms. Zitser is a member of the State Bar of California (Member, Family Law Section), Los Angeles County Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar (Member, Family Law Section), and San Fernando Valley Bar (Member, Family Law Section). She also serves as an Advisory Board Member for the American Academy for Certified Financial Litigators (AACFL), an organization dedicated to excellence in the financial aspects of litigation and divorce financial education.

Roza Crawford

Roza Crawford is a litigator with experience in courtrooms up and down California, in several United States District Courts, in U.S. Immigration Court, and before the Labor Commission and several other administrative boards. Mrs. Crawford is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California. Mrs. Crawford is Of Counsel to the firm and now focuses her practice on business disputes (contract claims, partnership dissolutions, corporate disputes, alter ego claims, etc.). Through her career, Mrs. Crawford has also helped clients with family law cases and palimony cases. Mrs. Crawford believes in providing meaningful pro bono service to the community. She has volunteered with Bet Tzedek Legal Services helping disadvantaged clients with their legal issues and acted as in-house counsel to a residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE) on a pro bono basis, working to obtain needed public assistance for the residents. Mrs. Crawford received her B.A. from UCLA, summa cum laude, in 1996 with a major in American History. She received her J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law, at U.C. Berkeley, in 1999, where she was recognized with several American Jurisprudence awards. Roza is originally from Kiev, Ukraine and is fluent in Russian. In addition to winning in courtrooms, she enjoys tennis and skiing.

Stephen P. Ajalat

Stephen P. Ajalat has over 27 years of experience in handling and litigating probate, trust and estate matters. He has successfully handled numerous probate and trust administrations, as well as a wide range of probate and trust disputes, many of which have been extremely contentious and involved complex issues. His experience with estate administrations and disputes is boosted by a vast knowledge of other practice areas and a general civil litigation background. Stephen regularly appears in the probate court in Los Angeles and other counties throughout Southern and Northern California. He has also represented parties involved in conservatorship and guardianship proceedings, including the petitioning party, contestants, and the proposed conservatee. Stephen has served on the Board of Trustees for the Los Angeles County Bar Association and is currently a member of the Probate Section of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association.

Tera D. Lee

Tera D. Lee practices all aspects of family law and is an associate with the Zitser Family Law Group. Mr. Lee earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He graduated as an active member of Golden Key International Honor Society, the world's largest collegiate honor society whose membership is invitation only and applies to the top 15% of college students. After graduation, Mr. Lee began attending Whittier Law School on a full academic scholarship. There he spent three (3) semesters interning in the Whittier Law School Special Education Clinic, helping underprivileged families obtain free and appropriate public education for their special needs children. Mr. Lee is admitted to practice before all California state courts, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Before coming to our firm, Mr. Lee owned his own family law practice since 2012. As a solo practitioner, Mr. Lee acquired multiple accolades. Mr. Lee has been Lead Counsel Rated in Family Law by the Lead Counsel Review Board since 2016. Mr. Lee has also been recognized as one of the Top 10 Family Law Attorneys by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys since 2016. Mr. Lee's firm was A+ rated with the California Better Business Bureau. In 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 Mr. Lee was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, an award only about 2.5% of California attorneys receive. Actively involved in the legal profession, Mr. Lee is a member of the Riverside County Bar Association, the San Bernardino County Bar Association, the California Lawyers Association, Family Law Section, and The State Bar of California.
