Catherine is responsible for both the Sales and Lettings administration within the company and the development and improvement of the administration department. She is a highly motivated individual who is driven by her passion for providing outstanding customer service. She has a naturally happy demeanour and approachable personality which compliments and benefits the team greatly. Her attention to detail is impeccable and she is always proactive and customer focused. When she is not busy at work, Catherine likes to spend time with her family, read, cook and socialise with friends. She has also travelled to far and wide destinations which include Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Libby Barker

  • Administrator & Social Media Executive
Libby joined Philip Jarvis Estate Agent as Trainee Administrator, straight from school. Since then, she has demonstrated her capabilities and skills, progressing her role to Office Administrator within a short space of time. Libby has a sharp mind, demonstrates mature thinking and has very much a ‘can-do' attitude. There are many strings to Libby's bow. She is not only responsible for the day to day property sales administration but she also is heavily involved with the company's social media marketing and general marketing development. Libby lives locally in Harrietsham, with her family and in her spare time enjoys day trips to London, socialising with friends and clothes shopping.

Lorraine Hattrait

Lorraine joined our expanding lettings team in April 2024, bringing her calm demeanour, attention to detail and thorough approach to the Property Management department. She brings a wealth of experience to the team enabling her to deal with property issues arising from both tenants and landlords, in a transparent and most efficient manner. Lorraine helps to ensure properties remain legally compliant and is always busy organising gas safety checks, electrical reports and is always busy ensuring contractors are scheduled to fix any property maintenance issues in a timely manner.

Matthew Gilbert

Matthew has worked in the property industry for over twenty years and is a dynamic and pivotal member of the team. He leads the way in terms of forging fantastic relationships with customers and inspiring his team to be the best they can be. Reassuringly, as Branch Manager, he is technically and professionally qualified in estate agency and has extensive local knowledge and expertise having worked in the property industry since 2002 and for Philip Jarvis Estate Agent since 2011. Matthew shares the company's vision and is determined to ensure as many customers move home as quickly and as stress-free as possible. Outside of office hours, Matthew spends time with his family, friends and is also a very keen fitness guru having completed several marathons and endured many triathalons and ironman competitions!

Nicola Wratten

Nicki is responsible for ensuring all our rental properties remain fully and legally compliant and is there for all our landlords and tenants to enjoy the benefits of our fully managed lettings service. Nicki has been working at Philip Jarvis Estate Agent since 2015 and offers an unrivalled and attentive property management service to both the landlord and the tenant of each and every property. She is a competent problem solver offering advice and solutions to all the property management issues she is faced with, ensuring each and every tenancy runs as smoothly as possible. In her spare time, Nicki likes to use her innovative and creative skills to renovate her own home and complete numerous crafting projects. She enjoys spending time with her family and visiting friends.

Sally Pascoe

Sally grew up in and around the area and has been brought up with property in her blood. With extensive knowledge and experience, she is well known as our lettings queen. Sally loves nothing more than helping people move into their new homes and takes pride in making dreams become a reality. She genuinely cares for both her clients and her colleagues, always going the extra mile to ensure everyone feels supported and valued. In her spare time, Sally enjoys the countryside and going for long walks. She is also a keen equestrian and loves spending time with her horse, Belle.

Sam Newman

Sam is well known in the local area having been raised in Charing and he has worked in Lenham for many years. As a result, he has extensive local knowledge and a valuable network of contacts within the region. Sam is passionate about property and always puts people first, calmly advising them throughout their home moving journey, making sure he communicates well with all parties and ensuring customers have the best experience they can possibly have during what can be a stressful time. During his spare time, Sam is a very keen golfer and really is rather good! Sam enjoys spending time with his young family, socialising with friends and has an interest in elite cars and motor racing.
