Aaron Myers

During mid 2008, our company was formed with the focus on its founders of setting a path to create solutions for the world's decision makers, primarily in the Leisure, Sports and Entertainment arena, with the Lovett Brothers (Craig and Paul) as partners collectively having over 60 years of experience in the sector. Aaron Myers has been involved in the cleaning and venue management industry for over 16 years, delivering cleaning & waste management in a variety of sectors. Beginning his career as part of the cleaning delivery team at the 2004 Athens Olympic Games, Aaron brings a diverse range of knowledge and experience to Incognitus. Aaron joined Incognitus in 2022 as the State Manager of the NSW Operations and leads the team across the Sydney metro area, including multiple Sydney Olympic Park venues. He is responsible for a portfolio of clients and the co-ordination of the operations team on a day-to-day basis - managing upwards of 120 shifts per week. Prior to joining the Senior Leadership team at Incognitus, Aaron worked at various major international events and venues in various management roles, including: Formula 1 Grand Prix Phillip Island Moto GP 2004 Athens Olympic Games 2006 Melbourne Olympic Games 2012 London Olympic Games ANZ Stadium Sydney Showgrounds Marvel Stadium McDonald Jones Stadium Australian Institute of Sport WACA Aaron is a highly adaptable and ethical manager who leads his team with a situational leadership model, focusing on maintaining a highly effective and competent team. Aaron is an effective communicator, driving the operations team to task completion and efficiency. He understands the importance of customer service, communication and timely delivery.

Andres Castellanos Garcia

Andres joined the Incognitus management team in 2019 in IT and Administration. A systems engineer with a Masters in Management Information Systems, Andres is a deeply valued member of the crew and has taken lead of various implementations and integrations of software and technology throughout his time at our Flemington office. His areas of expertise include analytics, software development and Microsoft Certified Professional. Throughout his time with Incognitus, Andres has led a number of projects in streamlining and refining technological processes. Some of these achievements include the systemisation of the check-in and check-out processes for the 2019 Melbourne Cup, reducing operating time and costs; implementation of ticket system and tasks to make a balance in the Incognitus Recruitment Workflow; development of a recruitment portal customisable to events and projects; and project development to track moves, status and locations in real time for equipment. Most recently, he has led the implementation of SAP and Ento into Incognitus operation.

Bec Bull

became an Intern with Incognitus mid 2019 whilst studying a diploma of Event Management at Holmesglen. Post graduating, Bec was delighted for the opportunity to become a full-time Event Co-ordinator. With a background in the entertainment & hospitality industries, Bec believes that giving someone an experience was her calling, and making the switch to events and Incognitus captures just that. Since assuming this role, she has undertaken lead administrative roles on Cold Chisel and Elton John flooring deployments, ‘Fire Fight' Bushfire Relief Concert, Gymnastics Australia World Cup 2020, Sydney Royal Easter Show Preparation and much, much more. Bec has fully immersed herself in the wide world of events. Bec thrives on the fast paced, hands on, client-based work environment that Incognitus is known for and is super excited for what is to come.

Craig Lovett - Chairman

Craig Lovett is one of the most experienced professionals in the area of event management, manpower deployment/mobilization and sustainable strategies for venues and global events. Over the past 35 years Craig has become a well-recognised success by his peers and clients alike whilst his business and relationship skills have seen rapid expansion throughout Australia, United States of America, United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East. His vision to build a business capable of mobilising large numbers of people, large quantities of equipment, and creating solutions to venues and events around the globe is well renowned. His ability to instill a ‘we are part of the show' mentality, combined with savvy business and relationship skills, have ensured a platform of loyal staff and clientele. Craig is invited to speak all over the world on venue design, construction; international event project mobilisation, labour management and the systems now used to ensure environmental integrity at public assembly and retail facilities worldwide. Projects that require complex coordination, extensive planning, and a commitment to excellence are Craig's speciality. His straight forward approach ensures that all stakeholders have clear direction, dependable leadership and clear communication. Darryl Gray

Darryl Gray offers invaluable capability in the venue and stadia industry, with over 25 years experience in Cleaning Services at a number of sites around Australia. As the previous Functions Manager at Australia's most prestigious Racing Club, Darryl has sound knowledge of large and small function operations, providing a proactive and organised approach to his role. Darryl's strengths include strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain confident under pressure. Darryl's past experience includes roles as Regional Manager, Venue Manager and Presentation Service Manager at venues such as Brisbane Cricket Ground, ANZ Stadium, Perth Arena, Suncorp Stadium, Cairns Convention centre and Brisbane Entertainment Centre. With a high attention to detail, Darryl's skills within the Stadia Industry have been instrumental in providing the highest of standards to any venue he has been appointed to.

David Costantini

David Costantini had a contrasting career change when he joined Incognitus in June 2020, after spending most of his career in the textile industry. Throughout this time, he stood as director of a leading fabrics wholesaler. David has extensive experience in customer relations, account management, sales force development, purchasing insights, brand strategy, interior design, and furniture application knowledge. It was this experience gained that helped to increase sales at his company by 380%. David's determination and efficiency has contributed to his successes at the Victorian Racing Club (VRC) Flemington, where he is our General Manager for Venyou Services. Here he leads a refreshed and energized team, and has vastly improved productivity by the implementation of a new strategic task management system. David is fueled by his focus for customer relations and customer and staff mindfulness, as he believes this is one of the keys to success. He leads by inspiring others to lead and with the full support of his sharp and qualified team in tow, he is always striving to lift the high standards that are already set.

Grant Summers

Grant Summers is a Certified Practising Account (CPA) with several years' experience across various industries. Most recently, Grant was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for IPC Health, a Not for Profit organisation, looking after the Finance, Information Technology & Infrastructure departments. He was in this position for 3+ years, having also previously been the Finance Manager for 7 years. Prior, he was employed at a manufacturing organisation for 3 years as a Financial Accountant for Signum, who were a leading plastic food company. He has also spent 10+ years in Business Services, providing taxation advice and completing Company, Partnership, Trust and Individual income tax returns. Grant joined Incognitus in February of 2020 with a fresh perspective and the financial expertise to continue to grow and elevate the business.

Ivan Dalla Costa

Ivan Dalla Costa continues a business relationship with the Lovett brothers that spans over 12 years. As the Commercial Manager of the Incognitus business with a Global remit, Ivan's extensive experience in successfully assisting in the development of dynamic medium through to large sized companies in various industries within the international arena. Ivan has ability and experience providing financial leadership, governance, contract management, human resource advice and direct management in companies within the USA, UK, Europe, UAE as well as Australia. With Ivan's strategic planning skills, fiscal leadership as well as his connections within the banking and finance sector, he is an integral part of the growth of Incognitus.

Megan Clery

Megan joined the Incognitus team through the ‘Bright Young Things' internship program in 2020, getting her first taste of the events world during the Melbourne Cup Carnival. Showcasing a true knack for the industry early on, she joined the Venyou Services team at Flemington this year as a trainee, taking on a role as Administrator and Coordinator. Megan has led many successful operations in administration and recruitment, including countless race days, the 2021 Hamilton Island Enterprises Deployment and the Talisman Sabre Military Exercise. Incognitus is proud to watch her step into the role of Lead Event Administrator for the 2021 Melbourne Cup Carnival - less than 12 months after she was an intern at the same event. Megan has an incredible way with people, and has excelled as an event manager in her short time with Incognitus. She leads by example, and we look forward to seeing where her Incognitus career takes her both Australia-wide and globally.

Mitch Tucker

Mitch first came to us as part of our ‘Bright Young Things' internship program for The Melbourne Cup Carnival in 2021. Mitch took away a lot from this deployment and immediately excelled as ‘a bit of an all rounder', It was clear that he had a bright future ahead. Mitch then went on and completed his Diploma Of Sport Development and Diploma Of Leadership And Management whilst doing some casual work with incognitus in between. In December 2021, Mitch begun his traineeship with Incognitus and was quickly thrown into the deep end, having been deployed into a 3 day camping festival over NYE, shortly followed by a series of major concerts in Sydney before experiencing his first Royal Easter Show in April 2022. Following a successful deployment at the Royal Easter Show, in May 2022 Mitch was offered a full time contract as Operations Manager and has excelled in his deployments. In his free time, Mitch considers himself to be a bit of an adrenaline junky! He loves to travel, go camping, hiking and even the occasional sky dive! He comes from a tight family unit and it resonates in his work. Mitch's overall care, attention to detail and ‘happy go lucky attitude' has positioned him quickly into the Incognitus Management Team. Mitch has a bright future ahead.

Nick Lovett

ick is a high-performing and enthusiastic Operations Manager and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience, delivering successful improvements for business operations, profitability and team development. He is a resourceful project manager and strong collaborator with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and changing environments. Starting work under the family business from a young age, Nick quickly transitioned from base-level cleaning to a supervisor role. This led to the opportunity to spend 3 months in Whistler to be part of the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics, where he would assume the position of venue manager for Whistler Celebration Plaza responsible for cleaning and snow removal. During the event he was the lead responsible for 80 staff full-time. Whilst the event period only lasted for some 18 days, the deployment was complex and entailed a full three months of planning, contractor selection, education of workforce and motivation of the team. Studying Entertainment and Business Management at JMC Academy, he honed his knowledge and skills - excelling in the fields of branding and social media. Officially joining Incognitus in August of 2018, following a successful deployment to the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games, Nicholas hit the ground running with key operational roles in Spring Carnival, Beyond the Valley and a critical lead role in the Sydney Show operations since 2019. In January 2021, Nick has assumed the position as General Manager Operations, overseeing the National operations of the business and continue his annual appointment of Project Director, Royal Easter Show and Lead Event Manager, Melbourne Cup Carnival. Additional to his ability to lead crew operationally and outstanding customer engagement ethos, his skills include CAD proficiency, design and branding capabilities. In addition to his commitment to Incognitus, Nick is the Founder of renowned Men's Skincare label Woodsman Skincare (now stocked in over 800 Coles Supermarkets), and Partner in Octivo Digital- An award winning E-Learning and digital creative agency.

Paul Lovett

Paul Lovett, Partner/Principal Incognitus has over 30 years' global experience working in the Leisure, Sports & Entertainment Industry. An expert in building teams to deploy at events all over the world and an unsurpassed knowledge of project operations, logistics and procurement resulting in events that are delivered on time, on budget and always far exceeding the expectations of clients. Paul began his entrepreneurial ambitions in the late 80's in Melbourne, Australia. Following graduation, Paul entrenched himself into what was to become a highly successful business model in the form of a services business operating in the cleaning services market. Together with Brother Craig, they formed what was truly a remarkable family business. Within 10 years, the company went from backyard visions to a global brand. During 1996, Paul relocated to the USA to lead the management and consultancy contract for the Organizing Committee of the Atlanta Olympic Games. Given the delivery success, Paul remained in the United States, taking responsibility for the start-up operation and assumed the role of the President of the USA Company at the young age of 27 years. Paul went on to develop the company's brand and portfolio by securing sporting venue contracts including the US Open Tennis Tournament, NASCAR circuits, NBA and NFL stadiums. In 2000, Paul assisted with another start up opportunity for the company - this time in the UK. As in the USA, Paul had his sights set on various lucrative brands and within 12 months, the company had secured contracts with: Wimbledon, All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club Wembley Stadium Arsenal Football Club British Formula 1TM Grand Prix - Silverstone In 2008, Paul joined his brother once again in the formation of Incognitus and pioneered the event creation and management philosophy. Throughout Paul's journey with Incognitus he has played key roles from both an operative perspective as well as consultant to many events. Richard Millot

Richard's love and passion for sports saw him chase his calling from a young age studying a Diploma in Sport & Recreation, Diploma of Event Management and Diploma of Business at Holmesglen Institute, before returning to complete a Bachelor of Business (Sports Management) with Swinburne University. Richard has sought out further experience opportunities, working and volunteering in a number of sport and community development roles within Local Government and AFL/VFL Clubs, before working a 5 year stint within motorsport events across Australia, including Formula 1 and V8 Supercars. In 2015, Richard joined the Incognitus family as an event intern over the Melbourne Cup Carnival and Beyond The Valley music festival. Returning for the following event season, he has continued through roles within the organisation to become Accounts Management & Event Administrator, having previously succeeded in multiple administrative deployments including multiple Melbourne Cup Carnivals, Beyond The Valley music festivals, Royal Sydney Easter Show and the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games. Transitioning his business skills into the Accounts Management position, Richard works closely with the Senior Management team liaising on financial matters within Incognitus, including the management of Accounts Payable and Receivable, as well as payroll functionality.

Steve Clutterbuck

Steve immediately fit in with the incognitus culture and just a few months later was offered a full time position, taking lead of on-site operations across NSW with a primary focus on venues and stadiums across Sydney Olympic Park and Western Sydney, adding a new dimension of skills within the internal management team.
